The villa is located in Ciudad Quesada, a popular destination for families and golfers, just 2 km from the La Marquesa golf course and less than 10 km from three of Guardamar’s Blue Flag beaches.
The villa itself is single-story and features its own private pool. If you’re looking for an affordable family villa with the luxury of having a pool all to yourself, this is the perfect choice. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher (yes, no hand-washing!), international TV, hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, and, of course, Wi-Fi. The speed is more than sufficient for watching YouTube videos, catching up on emails, making Skype calls, etc.
The property will be provided with sheets and towels for each bed and guest; please note that this is an additional charge and is not included in the cleaning fee. The cost is €15.00 per person and will be charged upon receipt of confirmation of the total number of guests booked.
