The beach right next to the house is relatively steep, so ladders are provided. On the other side of the bay (5 min walk) there is another beach (pebbles) that leads shallow into the water. The villa is the highest building in the surrounding neighbourhood and therefore offers an excellent view of the sea. It is completely surrounded by a well-kept garden plot.
Here you will find citrus fruits, olives and fig trees, which you are welcome to help yourself to. The entire garden is made up of cascades of natural stone walls and the water quality is very high. In the morning you can still see through the crystal-clear water at a depth of 10-15 metres. The quality of the sea water in the region is among the best in the entire Adriatic.
The bungalow is in a more secluded location and, with two terraces (in front of and behind the bungalow), offers the most space outside and always a bit of privacy. You can also use the barbecue area with charcoal grill.
The garden bungalow is a separate building next to the main villa. The one-bedroom bungalow consists of a large living room with an adjoining kitchen. The small kitchen is equipped with all the important utensils for self-catering. In addition to a two-ring hob, there is a kettle, a toaster and a fridge with freezer compartment. A dining table for two invites you to dine together. A large double bed, a satellite TV and a wardrobe round off the furnishings in the combined living, dining and sleeping area. The modern and newly furnished bathroom with a spacious shower also leaves nothing to be desired. The entire flat can be cooled via the new air conditioning system with remote control (2015). The bungalow is bright and flooded with light thanks to a large panoramic window to the main terrace and a further exit to the rear.
The village of Razanj The centre of Razanj is a 10-15 minute walk, 5 minutes by car from our house. There you will find a supermarket, as well as fruit and vegetable stalls for shopping. There are also several cafes and restaurants (fish, meat, vegetables, pizza). Razanj also has its own small harbour where you can go for a walk.
The village of Razanj and especially our bay or Villa Luger is very quiet. If you want more activity, you can go to the village centre or drive to nearby Rogoznica - the nearest town Rogoznica is the nearest town. It can be reached by car in 10 minutes or by taxi boat (in summer, also 10 minutes). Rogoznica has a marina, i.e. a yacht harbour. Numerous motor and sailing yachts are moored here all year round at over 400 berths.
