"Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers."

"I was at this property for a few weeks before Christmas and the town was amazing! Weekend activities, a parade. All the fun things. Great place to stay. Needs some fixes, some paint is peeling here and there, a comfy couch would be nice, a bigger TV would help. I would go back. Stay here if you have a chance. The town stores and restaurants are only open Thursday through Saturday night. Oldest town in Tennessee!"
