"Very clean, super host, everything there we needed plus a few surprises, and the host even thought about our pet! The area and neighborhood aren’t bad, just several close by are in process of being updated but many have already been done and look very nice. Great place to stay! We will be sure to stay here when in the area again."

"This was my family’s first time to stay in Athens and at this wonderful house. Everything was nice, clean, spacious, peaceful and comfortable. It was so relaxing and refreshing and convenient to everything while being off on a very quiet dead end road. Sydney was a great hostess and we were pleasantly surprised to have some unexpected snacks waiting for us. Very nice touch! We wil definitely stay here there next time we come to Athens! "

"We found this gem after a failed rental in the area. It was a short-notice booking and the host was very responsive. The pictures do not do this house, landscape and view justice! Plenty of space for our party of 10, indoors and outdoors. We spent a lot of time outside on the expansive patios and at the dock which sits at the mouth of a large cove on the Tennessee River. The water was clean and deep at the dock. The lower patio was shaded and had rattan furniture. We were here for sports, so...

"Great house! Dock is AWESOME and such easy access from the house. The boat closet is well stocked with floaties and chairs. "

"What a fantastic place. We loved it here and extended our stay for almost 2 weeks. Nothing but the sound of nature with the cicadas. Great deck area and modern upstairs cabin. Access is by stairs and you can wander down to the river if you walk around the side of the property. Aircon and wifi was perfect, Netflix etc was great. Very little boat traffic on the river so super quiet and private. Absolutely loved it here and would return in a heartbeat when I get back to Alabama. Thankyou!"
