As long as you do not mind having to drive 16 miles to the grocery store, not a small market, the location is great. Spectacular views, one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in. Though the fridge, freezer, and pantry did not smell pleasant AT ALL.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This house looks nothing like the pictures. Carpets are stained, one bedroom carpets were ripped, bar stools were all broke, deck on second floor around hot tub is falling apart, nails sticking up causing one person to cut their foot, bunk room the light doesnt work and when you touch it it sparks, mattresses smelled horrible and were stained with blood and urine. Maintenance guy came over snd said he told the property manager this for the past year and they just havent fixed it. Cleanliness of the house was horrible. Sand and dog hair everywhere, including the beds. I tried to reach out to Resort Realty multiple times during my week there and never teceived a call back

House was very dirty. See attached photos. Mold throughout the house. I had to clean the kitchen cabinet doors to get all the mold off. The top deck was recently redone but the lower level deck had many rusty old nails sticking up out of it. Also, like another review stated there was a lot of rusty old nails from when the top deck was redone laying around outside the property that I had to pick up. Multiple ripped screens.I had to clean the sliding doors in bedrooms and main living area. The sliding doors were so dirty you could not even see the ocean. Multiple sliding screen doors need replacing, did not open properly. Underneath the couch was extremely dirty. Carpets need replacing. The main door handle to the home needs replacing. The handle is rusted and sharp. My husband cut his hand opening door when we arrived.We had to put tape around the door handle to use it. Hot tub was not working for the first 4 days of trip. The breaker was actually missing from the box. On the fourth day someone came to do maintenance on the hot-tub and put the breaker back in. I feel as if the pictures online were misleading. The house is very big and is in a beautiful location on the beach. It definitely has potential but it seems as if it is neglected. I spent a lot of time cleaning the house which is not what I want to do when I am on vacation. In my opinion was not worth the money they are asking.

Wonderful location!!

Great spot right on the beach. Property was just right for our family. My only complaint was all the nails in the sand. They had just replaced parts of the decks and stairs and the contractor never ran through with a magnet. Spent all week picking us nails, screws and construction debris.

Love the house!!!

The home is amazing. We could have stayed there forever. We loved it so much. The best feature was the deck. We would sit out there for hours and hours. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home.

Do not waste your vacation/money here

We spent a lot of time fixing issues in this house: We fixed the broken vacuum cleaner so we could actually clean the floors, fixed all the corroded TV remote terminals, replaced missing batteries, and put the correct remotes with each TV, replaced light bulbs on the outside stairs so you could actually see at night, cleaned the windows and sliders so you could actually see. Additional issues we couldn’t fix…The Wifi network is wrong, the jacuzzi was never “chemical checked” mid trip, all the sliders have completely ripped screens, there is a concerning amount of mold (especially the black mold under the sink) and like a previous review says… the ceiling is literally falling off in chunks. Only 1/5 TVs worked. But my biggest issue is the outdated inaccurate photos. The house description and photos also don’t have anything about a public beach access within 3 feet of the driveway with a boarded walkway. This literally turned the tide song into Summer Rental with John Candy. But since the walkway has stairs, every family with a wagon just walked straight up the house driveway. So I would be sitting on the back deck and literally have people walking out from underneath me through the carport area of the house. And yes, I called the resort realty multiple times and they sent people over who were over 40 minutes late and didn’t know how to fix anything. People should never pay $5,000 a week in the off season for a house with this many issues, this was ridiculous.

Beautiful oceanfront getaway

Tide Song was the perfect location for. Winter getaway with a bunch of friends. We cooked meals, enjoyed the hot tub, went on lots of walks, watched a movie, and played games. The house was perfect for 11 adults and all our snacks :)

Decent house and location

Main living spaces (top level) were updated and very nice. Middle level (other three bedrooms & two bathrooms) were dated. All three bathrooms in need of some updating. Location was great - away from all the touristy areas and very private. The light in the bunk room was malfunctioning and maintenance was very responsive in responding and repairing. Overall, nice stay for the family!

Photos are deceiving.

My family & I enjoyed spending the week together right on the beach. While the house had some positives like location, we experienced many issues. First off there is mold around many vents, shower fixtures, and sliding door frames. Exposing my infant to this has me very concerned and angry. There are parts of the ceiling that are peeling off all over the house and fall on you, including the room my kids slept in where there were pieces on the bed and floor when we arrived. The cleanliness was a 2/5. The amount of dog hair all over the house was ridiculous, parts of the kitchen were dirty, piles of dirt & dust in corners. The kitchen layout with the pantry door caused 3 of us to hurt our fingers between the door & counter top. The deck has nails sticking out causing another injury during our stay. I did ask about this deck due to other complaints listed but was told it was in fine shape. Random but we couldn’t find the remote for the fireplace. Lastly, the house does not have everything you will need for your stay. You’re only allowed one dish towel, no dish rags. The options of pans or matching lids to cook for a full house is very limited as well as other kitchen needs. No child needs are provided like a high chair either. Overall I mostly felt the house was falsely advertised. The photos don’t show how badly the house is falling apart on the inside. They must be old photos.

Right on the beach!

The house was directly on the beach. Wonderful views from every window. The house is rented out through a rental company so getting ahold of someone is much more tougher then usual. Check out is at 10am but the maid service was literally sitting in the driveway waiting on us to leave at 8am... I definitely did not enjoy feeling rushed especially since we had an 8 hour drive home with my elderly mother, 2 dogs and 2 small children. Other then that we did enjoy our stay.

Such a great week

We had a fantastic time and loved being right on the beach and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The decor was cute, simple and fun. Everything worked and we had no issues at all. The house could use a deep cleaning - and to be clear, this isn’t a criticism, it’s advice. All primary surfaces and the like were clean, but the ceiling fans, baseboards, picture frames, et al are now (end of season) in need a good once over. The furniture was great - clean and comfy. Beds (mattresses - at least those few we slept on) were really appreciated vs. some other places we have stayed and we slept just great! (Took our own pillows - but that’s just us). A few of the towels could use an update for the coming season and take a carpet cleaner to the lower stairs. Our pups loved being with us and were thrilled with their daily romps on the beach. Thank you for keeping a home open for us and them! We would completely recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy this home!!

Great beach house!

Nice house right on the beach! Plenty of room, kitchen is well-supplied, views were amazing. We spent lots of time on the deck (which could use some updating) Overall a great house that we’ve already booked for next year!

Can't beat the location!

This place is close to the water with a panoramic view of the ocean and the beach. You can hear the waves inside and out. We would immediately book this property again for next year, but we are headed to the mountains next summer.

Perfect location

This house was great! The kitchen was well stocked, a/c stayed cold, beds were super comfortable and you can't beat the view! Beach chairs and umbrellas were available. The only recommendation I have is to redo the top deck. Lots of nails sticking up and look out for splinters. Overall, not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular views and location!

This house is the closest you can get to the water. We watched dolphins from the living room! It’s large, comfortable, with great deck space (excellent Adirondack chairs!) and a nice hot tub. Kitchen was very nice and the laundry area was super handy. The master bathrooms need to be seriously updated to be on par with the rest of the house . And the downstairs bedroom with the double bed could use some sprucing up. A grill would be a great addition, we had to rent one. Other than that, it suited us perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again (and we plan to)! Thank you!
