Great Property in Rodanthe

Love the property. Communication with Eric and Cynthia was easy and quick. The place was in great shape. Loved the elevator to get stuff to the top floor. Lovely view of the ocean and bay. Highly recommend these guys!

Location: amazingViews: breathtaking Kid Friendly: GreatCleanliness: terribleWe loved the house, location, and even toys for my son to play with, but all sheets in the house were dirty, mattress covers and mattresses stained, dirty floors that left our feet black, dirty bathtubs, dirty window sills/base boards, and dead roaches throughout the house (especially on the kitchen floor…which happens in that location since those bugs are prevalent, but still gross). I struggle with this review since the owners were responsive and great, but the property management overseeing the cleanliness of the house were severely lacking. I’m hoping this was just a fluke since the house and location are magnificent. I did issue a complaint to the property management company because I shouldn’t be grossed out to stay someplace especially when spending this much money. I can honestly say we left it cleaner than what it was when we arrived.

Great location and amenities!

The views were absolutely some of the best we've had at the beach! Each room offered its own experience. The home was large enough for us all to gather or have our private space. We enjoyed all the amenities at the location, especially the jacuzzi. The location offered peace and serenity. Our family enjoyed sitting on the desk and just listening to the ocean. There were several times we were able to watch the dolphins swim down the coast! The owners were quick to respond to our requests and questions. Great place to stay! enough for us all to gather

Relaxing getaway

This house has it all. Great location, very responsive host. Very nice place for a relaxing getaway. Some things to note Rodanthe is one of the more remote OBX destinations so be prepared to bring everything you think you will need.

Great place to spend a week

We had a wonderful time staying at Sand Point. The house was just as described. Lots of room for the 9 of us. We had family from Montana, and they were blown away with the wonderful views and the size of the house. The elevator was a wonderful plus. It helped with the move in, all the luggage and groceries. The location to the beach was good. Just a short walk away. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes and cups. Lots of condiments if you forget something. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Relaxed at Sand Point

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sand Point. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the pool and hot tub. We had a few pool tournaments. Plenty of chairs for us to take to the beach. We also appreciated your hospitality bag. Plenty of great restaurants close by. Highly recommend.

3 generation family beach get together. Very comfortable house with beach ocean and sound views everywhere. Easy beach access permits back and forth beach-pool- hot tub Well equipped kitchen. Very livable all around.

We will be back!

It exceeded our expectations! The Hosts provided information and insight to the area that not only answered all our questions but helped us discover hidden treasures in the area! The decks and views were amazing! Beach chairs, umbrella and outdoor shower were a godsend! Not to mention the pool and hot tub that were perfect for our group of 10! Plenty of room and a dining table that sat us all! Oh and an elevator that came in very handy! The entire family ages 18 to 60 voted we will do this again! Rating our stay a 10 out of 10!!

Bucket List Trip

We had a blast! We are a group of 70 year old high school girlfriends that decided last year we'd like to go to the Outer Banks. For most of us, it was a first visit to the area. We loved that our home was away from the hustle and bustle of other beach areas. We enjoyed watching the surfers and the dolphins with the sunrise. The house has a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. We truly appreciated the elevator, the pool and hot tub. We lucked into a week with great weather. We absolutely loved out stay.

Sand Point/OBX 2024

From the moment we arrived it felt like we had come home. Everything appealed to us, from the proximity to the ocean, the miles and miles of unspoiled waterfront, to the perfectly appointed home to stay in. 100% recommend! Cynthia and Eric have a lovely home, the pictures don’t properly do it justice. They were extremely responsive with all inquiries, and super accommodating with our desired dates. Rodanthe is a dream. We will be back.

Absolutely Amazing

We could not have been happier with our stay in Rodanthe. The home was clean and inviting, the beds were all comfortable, the home has everything you needed and kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need for your stay. The heated pool was a great added bonus during the chillier weather in April and the hot tub is beautiful, clean and well kept. By far the views from this home are breathtakingly beautiful. I woke every morning and had coffee on top deck and ended each day with dinner view of the ocean. The sun rises and sets are amazing. The owners, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I’d HIGHLY recommend choosing this property if you’re visiting OBX.

Great house & location

This house offers great bedroom set up with 3 king suites. There were a few toys for my young kids to play with, which is also appreciated. We loved the closeness to the beach and the views. It’s a great vaca home!
