The staff was extremely kind & helpful. The only downfall of our stay was: at breakfast they were out of waffle mix, forks. I asked & they restocked. Out of milk. No milk anywhere in the building. Which was an issue.

The bathroom shower had a hole in the wall where the shower came out. The toilet had a huge thing in between the lid and bottom to boost you. The toilet was not sturdy. The soap dispenser had hair on it. The shelves the towels and washcloths on were dirty. I understand it is an older hotel, but some repairs should be done. The breakfast crew were so nice and friendly.

Pool not available and no mention of this until I asked, as it was not posted on website. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable as ut was the while point for picking this hotel. Room was changed without my knowledge and that was a shocking issue, as we almost walked into someone else's room and were extremely confused when somone walked into it, right in front of us. Bed were lacking comfort/cushion, as were the pillows. Shampoo and conditioner provided were phenomenal. I'd surely like money returned for the lack of amenities

Booked a room with two double beds through expedia over a month ago. Staff said expedia booked us a king and they couldnt fix it or do anything more than provide a cot. Horrible stay, very bad expedia experience.

I was a little upset because the sink in the bedroom not the bathroom had a wad of hair left in it . No milk for cereal or coffee at breakfast

In need of a face-lift. Rooms are well worn. 2nd floor plumbing smelled terrible and we had to be relocated to another floor.

Bathtub was rusty. Breakfast was terrible. Asked for more bagels, told none at this time. Server was rude and in no hurry to help. Luckily we were in and out. Would not recommend

It was great! The room was comfortable and Clean. The staff at the front desk was very nice and friendly and welcoming! The sweet lady at breakfast was amazing and breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend it!

Our door would not close and lock without effort to pull it closer, otherwise it would stay open. Most motel doors close and lock without special attention.

Reservation was for king size bed with a bath tub. Not available, had to have 2 beds in order to have a tub. Carpet was dirty, only half a curtain on the window so you couldn't block out the street lights to darken the room for sleep. Breakfast was excellent and kitchen staff was very friendly. Probably won't stay there again.

Jimmie Little was awesome as was J’Quan at the desk in the morning. These two men were impeccably dressed and were so helpful. Jimmie recommended a nearby restaurant where we had a delicious meal and met other guests from the hotel. All the staff were as friendly and helpful as can be!

After very little to no sleep the previous day and after a 12 hour drive we immediately fell asleep upon arriving at 5PM . When we woke up the next day at with a 700 mile drive ahead of us we discovered the shower head was broken at the stem where it normally is placed. The hand held was on the tub floor with no ability to be hung. We struggled with the hand held and made do with what was available. To say it was not ideal is an understatement. The front desk offered to place us in a different room that morning however with a 700 mile drive ahead of us and pressed for time it was not a practical solution. We’ve stayed at this hotel before with very good experiences but this visit was very disappointing.

What a great stay! The hospitality was outstanding. A refreshing find along 95, quiet, clean room, and wonderful breakfast. We had scrambled eggs, bacon, roasted potatoes and onions, hot waffles, fresh muffins, bagels, oatmeal and toppings, juices, yogurt, fresh fruit…even hot apple cider! Check-in was quick, and normal check-out time is 12pm - so you can take your time! I hope we have a reason to stay here again because we would. The staff take care of the place and are very welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
