"Property is very basic. Exterior property is unkempt and not looked after, with construction activity and cars that seem to be unmoved for many months. Only one half used roll of toilet paper available for 5 guests. Man hole cover into ceiling is only partially covered by beer carton cardboard. No freezer available."

"We loved the location. House had lovely views and a short walk to the shops and beach. It was very quiet. Able to watch the birds in the tree tops. Great spot for visiting the park. Comfortable and clean house. Supplies for the fire provided which was lovely in the evening. Would stay again. "

"Simply wow !!! Stunning view, superb property, best kitchen that I have seen across my bookings over the last 5 years....excellent host, smooth check-in. We stayed at this property for 4 nights in Jan 2026 and had the best experience for our holiday in Swansea.Close to town centre. Coles bay, Wineglass bay lookout treck, Bricheno easily accessible from this property.Will definitely come again in future."
