"The location along the river, far from the noise of town was wonderful! The dark skies perfect for star gazing! We spent so much time outside on the patio. Nathan the caretaker was very kind, friendly, and checked in on us briefly each day to be sure all was well. A terrific getaway!"

"Great property and highly recommend! Our family of 6 (two adults and four teenagers) stayed at the treehouse during spring break 2024. We wanted a getaway in the Hillcountry off a river, and this property didn’t disappoint. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck overlooking the river and watching the sunset come up over the hills. "My family and I spent a few nights for New Year's. This is a beautiful place, the entire area is amazing, the view is awesome, couldn't have asked for more! My family and I loved the cottage, all clean, comfortable, safe, the response to our needs was immediate and friendly. We have stayed at other cabins in the area in the past, but this one will now be our favorite place to stay; we are already planning our next vacation time there again. "

"It was nice. House was comfortable and clean. House not as private as we had thought. But neighbors were quiet. Wish there was a way to communicate rivers levels before booking. Wasn’t able to enjoy the partial riverfront property, and that was the point of the rental."

"This property was so nice and very clean. Our family enjoyed a day in the water and location was perfect. It's about 5 minutes way from the river, and the Family Dollar store is a minute walk. We were greeted by a personalized card from Jenna which was so nice! Bedrooms are great size and all beds are very comfortable. My family and I made memories and were able to go to the property and unwind and have a great BBQ and enjoy the evening. We will be back. Thank You"
