The hot tub was great and sauna worked well. I do wish there were instructions and a small bucket to fill water for the sauana. The gaming table did not work, which was a disappointment. It would have been nice for some family fun. Overall, our stay was great. Clise to ober mountain town and ski adventure park. Pigeon forge is just a 25 min...

"The hosts were very accommodating for us to check in early. The back yard was great for our dog. We watched Jan and her riding lessons with her students!! Jan and Rob were great to talk to !! The area was beautiful. Bed , towels , and everything was so good. They even had ice for us - which rarely happens. We brought a bag and left it We love to return again. We got the horses!! They are beautiful. "

"Cute little place for 2 ..couple of quirks but for us it works ...Host is very responsive and helpful ..wmWe had one small issue and he did what he could in timely fashion..I will probably stay again in the future .."
