"Starting with the communication with the owner who is so awesome and helpful. This home is just what we needed! Boat slip is about 150 yards from the property which made loading and unloading super easy. Location is serene with beautiful deep water but very little boat traffic. "We are local and vacation on Lake Martin every summer, and this is one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. The house is cozy and has everything you need, the water access is perfect. We brought our kayak for our teenagers, swam, and fished (caught two blue gill). The grill and picnic area are nice. We had Canadian geese came and swam with us every day we were there. We will definitely stay here again."

"This home is beautiful and inviting. Eight adults fit easily with plenty of room to spare. Outdoor space is amazing. Kayaks were available for use. No hand towels or kitchen towels as mentioned in a previous review. Minor repairs needed which were mentioned to the home owner, but nothing that interfered with the enjoyment of our stay."

"My wife and I stayed at this property for Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed our time on Lake Martin. We originally had planned on having another couple with us, but it ended up just being the 2 of us. This is a nice 3/3 with a pretty view from 2 of the 3 bedrooms, a great upper deck, patio and dock.
