Rockhouse Cabin — Front Row View to Rock Formations

  • The Rockhouse Cabin sits nestled among majestic views of the surrounding rock formations and wilderness of beautiful Hocking Hills. The cottage and encompassing beauty offers peace and quiet for a perfect getaway.
    This 4-bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps 10 guests and sits on an acre of land just minutes from Lake Logan and Hocking Hills State Park. The house is bordered by natural rock formations just like you would see at Old Man’s Cave.
    Three bedrooms feature a single queen-sized bed, while the fourth and largest bedroom contains two queen-sized beds. Guests will enjoy two full bathrooms with included towels. (Please bring your own toiletries.) One bathroom contains an oversized shower and the other boasts a shower/tub combo with decorative porcelain tile and travertine surround.
    The common spaces are tastefully decorated and furnished with large leather furniture and a dining table for 6. Cook up gourmet meals in the full kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher), pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. Get your morning started with the traditional coffee maker or bring pods for the Keurig mini.
    Cozy up to the electric fireplace in winter or relax in the air conditioning while surfing the web with the whole house WiFi. Enjoy morning coffee on the sunny, spacious deck, relax in the 6-person hot tub, prepare a delicious meal on the grill, and sit by a cozy wood fire in the evening with a sky full of stars at night. The cabin was perfect for our stay. The linens were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great! The kitchen was well equipped. The location was very good for our needs. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Carrie didn’t mind my phone calls with random questions. I would definitely stay at one of her properties in the future.

Shops and hiking nearby. Check out time of 10 is extremely early I feel. Didn't see the washer and dryer. I think it was behind a locked door in the kitchen. If we would have needed it, I could have asked the property manager and she would have communicated promptly as she did with questions before the trip. Great kitchen with helpful ammenties. Great stay. Wonderful firepit and hottub.

Enjoyed our visit with family at this place!

Clean, great deck, kitchen had great cooking equipment--sharp knives and new pots and pans. Close to Hocking Hills State Park and Hiking trails. We enjoyed our hike at Conkles Hollow- our 3 year old grandson loved it! Also, checked out the Hocking Hills Winery- good selection.

Love the serenity

Stayed at this place with my family from India and Australia. Loved it. Very clean and serene. We had a great time talking outside and having a bonfire. Property manager very responsive.
