With separate entrances, full amenities in each apartment, and plenty of space to gather and unwind, it's the perfect getaway for families, friends, or small groups seeking both togetherness and the privacy of separate living spaces while exploring the natural beauty of Hocking Hills.

★ These two private apartments are rented together and reserved exclusively for your group. 2 Separate apartment suites with separate entrances, each one has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen with full amenities.

★ Enjoy outdoor cooking with a charcoal grill in the backyard with a picnic table for dining. Please bring your own charcoal.

★ Jetted hot tub overlooking the backyard is located on the back porch.


★ From classic board games to a dedicated arcade, there’s entertainment for everyone.


★ Cozy up by the warm glow of the fireplace (From October to March), the perfect retreat on chilly days.

★ Each apartment features its own Roku TV—so each guest has their own space to relax. Please log in to your own streaming channels as needed.

✔︎ One sofa bed in the right-side upstairs apartment living room.

✔︎ One Pack 'n Play/portable crib to accommodate young child.

➤ The building is accessible via a slightly sloped gravel driveway. You don't need a 4x4 vehicle to get to the building; A 4x4 would make getting around much safer and is recommended in case of ice or snowy weather. We share the driveway with the neighboring unit. We provide snow removal for snowfall over 5 inches.

➤ Firewood and charcoal are not provided. Please bring your own.

➤ No refunds for weather, natural disasters, or power outages; consider travel insurance for cancellations.

➤ There are actively recording security cameras located only on the outside of the property by driveway and backyard which record video and audio. The cameras may be used by the owner to verify guest compliance with the rental policies. Do not try to cover these. Any damage caused to the camera by the guest may result in a partial or complete loss of a security deposit.


➤ Our place uses well water, typical for the Hocking Hills area. It may have a natural odor since it's not treated with chlorine like city water. Bottled water can be purchased at a gas station or Walmart, and we provide a filtered pitcher for your convenience.


➤ Environment Notice: Our home is nestled in nature, and occasionally, 'nature' finds its way inside. We make efforts to control pests with professional services. As we coexist with the environment, we kindly request keeping doors closed to minimize encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals.

➤PET: Please let us know if you are bringing a pet or pets, max 2 pets, please add the pet fee in the traveler option. If you did not pay upon booking, we can send you an invoice or charge you before you check in. Pets MUST be crated if you plan to leave them unattended.
