"The first thing I can say is that it needs to be told that this cabin is at the very top of a vertical gravel road. A AWD or 4 wheel drive should be a prerequisite to get there. The signage needs to be redone as we were coming up the hill we didn’t know where we were going. The condition of the recliner was in poor shape.For the cost of 3 nights a new I chair could be bought . The hot tub was nice, The AC worked great for 90degree weather."

"Our stay had a beautiful setting with wildlife, great hiking access, and some added table and chairs. But the beds were hard and uncomfortable, the kitchen lacked usable cookware so we had to buy a skillet, the front door gutters poured water, the grill was dirty, the fireplace was off-limits, Christmas décor was still up in May, and the basement wasn’t vacuumed with dead bugs everywhere."

The location feels secluded yet is a short drive to groceries and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our time and will return.
