Wonderful clean comfortable waterfront condo great location too! Only problem was using Wi-Fi and said there was coffee in kitchen only decaf but no big deal ! We read more and drank less caffeine !! We loved it thank you !

The location and views were stunning. The Wi-Fi was nonexistent. There was no cell service. No washer and dryer may have said so online, but I didn’t see it. Too overwhelmed with views.

Great location sullied by negligent mgmt. Floor was filthy when we checked in. I texted the general Vacasa help line soon after (see screenshot). All I got was "Sorry!" More on this later. The problems continued on day 2 as we realized the heating had never been turning on at all. Also, the body wash was completely out. Again, we notified Vacasa that afternoon. They finally notified a local manager, Shannon. Despite general Vacasa's promise that Shannon was aware of all three issues, she only seemed aware of the body wash shortage when she called me. She came over that afternoon with body wash, the cleaning fluid I requested, and to investigate the heating. She couldn't fix it, and maintenance was already out for the day, so she brought me a space heater from Garibaldi within an hour. Though this was great of her, the heater soon caused a power outage in half the unit that could not be fixed till the following morning when Shannon had to call the building's manager to locate the breaker box. When maint. came for the heating, he just had to turn on the heaters behind each grate since summer was over. This should've been done before we checked in *9/29*.The floors: See the photos. The filthy mop is why the floors were still dirty.Had a great time after I fixed everything myself. Whoever stayed right after me, you're welcome! :)After much self-advocacy, Vacasa did eventually refund half my cleaning fee. When I pointed out all the other issues, I got the other half. All 132.

We had a wonderful time at the Rock Creek Inn. It was quiet, never heard any neighbors except when we were outside. The balcony was perfect for our morning coffee.The condo was perfect for my husband & I. I think you could add in up to two younger kids and still be good with the pull out couch. It would be a little tight otherwise.Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The whole condo was clean. The bed was comfortable, on the softer side, but that was ok with us.The parking lot is right next to the train, so you’ll hear the horn right before the tours leave. It was like 11am & 1pm.We’ll def be back to Rock Creek Inn.

Good beach view

The property is small but provided kitchen and beach items needed for the stay. Great view and beach access. The only down side was the lack of storage for clothes and personal items. All drawers in the bedroom dresser and bathrooms were filled with excess linens. Seems it is being used as storeroom. Therefore nowhere to unpack our clothes. Either live out of your suitcase or pile things around the small family room.

Lovely location overlooking Rockaway Beach. Cute beachy decor, had everything we needed. Close to shops and restaurants in town, easy short walk to beach access trail. No hassle entry. We would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great view, comfy bed, and nicely stocked kitchen.The only complaint I have is I had difficulty with the lock, took me 3 or 4 times to get it to take all of the code.They had a Direct TV remote but I could never get that to work.

This property is located on the beach with relatively easy access and great balcony with high table and chairs. We found restaurants limited - mainly bar type food, however Tillamook is a short 10-15 minutes' drive south with large selection of restaurants and grocery shopping (Fred Meyer). We would book this property again - you will not be disappointed. If you like dungeons crab - you can find it in Roakaway a short drive north.

A perfect place for a weekend getaway!

It far exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed and then some. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The view was breathtaking and amazing! Good thing the bed was not in the window or we would not have left the room! Thank you for everything! It was amazing!

Cozy with a great view

We enjoyed our stay very much. The space was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The view is great and we caught a beautiful sunset despite the rain. We would definitely return again. Head's up that the bed is very soft/cushy, which is not everyone's cup of tea and can be hard on those with back issues.

Beautiful place, great location

The place is super clean. Full of amenities to make the stay comfortable. Decor was beautiful. Right off of the ocean. Attention to detail was great. We had a great stay here with our two kids. We would stay there again!

Great Ocean View

The property was the perfect location for a one bedroom for a few days of relaxation on the beach watching the waves, very clean and comfortable. We will be back. The only problem occurred when the elevator would not work on the day of departure and and no one responded on the management phone?

Beautiful view of the beach

The location on the beach was great with attractive decor and nice amenities like the fireplace and two toilets. The negatives weee stairs sadly in need of repair and the window in the bedroom opens onto the walkway to other condos so we didn’t feel we could leave it open.
