WiFi is horrible. I was trying to work but had to cut trip short due to lack of WiFi and everything is ran down nothing looks like the photos. The beach is amazing. The hot tub definitely has something that is sharp everyone got a cut on their feet after using. Property needs a lot of upkeep. Great beach access. Only positive is the beach. I was disappointed.

Yes you can see the ocean from the top floor. Only 1 of the 3 wall heaters actually provided heat, so it took a long time to hear up. Also, the hot tub would not go above 91 degrees so it was a huge disappointment, because that is why I picked this place. I messaged the home owners about those issues and they said they would get back to me but of course never heard back. It was nicely set up for pets with a turf grass areas next to deck which was nice to limit sand

Overall we enjoyed this house. It sleeps 8 which is nice and has a great backyard that's close to the beach. Plenty of parking too! It did have some quirks I think guests should know about ahead of time. There is no working ice maker. The upstairs toilet is located inside the shower. The toilet is very loose and it's not the toilet seat, but the actual toilet. The skylight upstairs is also the emergency exits and is at an angle with no covering so the neighbors could see inside if they are outside or in their hot tub. It would be nice if they had more towel hangers upstairs. There is a sugar ant problem upstairs and in the kitchen. The management has put out traps but should maybe try spraying the exterior if they haven't already. The hot tub has some broken jets that are sharp on the bottom so watch the little ones feet as both my kiddos cut their foot on it. One last thing is the upstairs looks way bigger in the pictures with the 6 beds than it actually is. We made it work but there's not a lot of room for bags and moving around. Beside these things that I hope can be fixed or known about ahead of time, it was a great house for a big group. It is a great location, has a fun backyard, and the beds were really comfortable!

Nice, quiet stay off the beach

The house was big enough for the family and had what we needed. The description online was pretty close to what was actually available. However, we did have issues with the back sliding door and pulling it open; there was also no door screen to be able to let air in and keep the dogs inside. The grill was a bit dirty so we had to clean it before use. Overall, the staff was very communicative and helpful with questions.

Horrible vacation ever. The bed was broken with no middle support when we arrived, the refrigerator was dirty from the previous residents, hole in the wall upstairs, scratches under the lamp downstairs, the walls were filthy with dirt, the outside hot tub was missing 2 headrest, the outside bathroom door didn’t close, missing pieces to the cornhole game, over grown grass for the volley ball net so we couldn’t even play because it was messy. We reached out to the host and it took them more than a day to respond and had to send a follow up message. This place was falsely advertised and was not in good standing. We were supposed to get charged a cleaning fee because it wasn’t even cleaned before we checked in! We tried to reach out for a reimbursement for a cleaning fee as the walls, bed, floors looked like they were falling apart. This was not the long weekend we waiting for. 1st time using vrbo and I am disappointed and upset we spent over 2k on this vacation.

Awesome Little Family Spring Break Stay

Our family of 4 loved our short stay at this great breachfront bungalow. We especially appreciated the uncrowded and absolutely beautiful beach nestled into a lovely and quite little community.

Family Spring Break Getaway

This property is Oregon coast family perfection! They thought of everything, very well appointed, ideal location. Walking access to the beach was so special. We didn’t even have time to take advantage of all offered amenities at the property this trip. Highly recommend for your family. We will be back!

Perfect location by the beach

The home was perfect for the 4 of us. The outdoor area was great and just a small walk to the beach from the back yard. Quiet and cozy. The hot tub was very nice at the end of a long cold day. Would recommend booking.

Home away from home

The property had everything we needed, it even accommodated our fur family. It was clean and updated. Short private walk to the beach. Our stay was early spring so we didnt get to enjoy all the outdoor games and entertainment this rental had, we did get to enjoy soaking in the hot tub and did use the fire pit. We would definitely like to rent again in the summer. and e

Private getaway

Very cozy and private! Steps to the beach that we had to ourselves. Close to food and necessities but extremely private and tucked away from the crowds. The house was small but had everything we needed. Outdoor shower and bathroom was great. Stunning sunsets. We will be back

Amazing location

We did a little winter ocean trip and the location of this house is incredible. Sleeping accommodations inside the house were not perfect for us. The sleeping loft is open to the living room which is not so ideal for people with young children.

Not what expected

I held off writing a review to see if the host or Vrbo would make good on their 5 Star Guarantee, they did not. First I’d like to say that it is a beautiful property but there are things a guest should be aware of. One the staircase leading to the upstairs loft with the 6 twin beds is a wrought iron staircase that is quite steep, narrow and winds, and you have to duck to not hit your head. My son was not able to safely climb the stairs and it was difficult for me. But my main issue was when we lost power. I am very familiar with coastal weather. We owned a coastal property. We also kept a small generator, stocked candles and flashlights and plenty of warm blankets. During our stay at camp 33 we were out of electricity for 9 hours, there were no provisions available to us, no flashlights, candles, or warm blankets, certainly no generator. The stairs were a safety hazard. We literally froze. We weren’t able to shower, prepare food or dry our clothes. Note the host is available, but won’t offer any solution, so be prepared. We requested a partial refund, but got “If you book with us again we can offer a discount.” When asked what sort of discount, we got no clear answer.

Ocean out your backyard

We had one of our best family vacations ever at this place. Walking the beach, kids searching for shells and a family bonfire every night. The ocean is literally out the backyard. Stay here!
