    ¡Esta casa de vacaciones recién construida en Rockaway Beach es el lugar perfecto para tu próxima escapada en familia a la costa de Oregón! Nada más entrar, te recibirá su distribución diáfana y el ambiente espacioso que crean la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina, todo en una misma estancia. Nadie se quedará al margen durante este viaje, ya que incluso el chef del grupo podrá participar en la conversación mientras prepara una deliciosa comida con los modernos electrodomésticos de la cocina totalmente equipada. Aprovecha las mañanas brumosas para pasear por la arena fresca con una taza de café en la mano y buscar conchas. Después de un día de relax junto al agua y de explorar el pueblo, enciende la chimenea de gas y ponte cómodo en el gran sofá modular para disfrutar de una noche de cine en la tele de pantalla plana. ¡No te olvides de traer también al perro, ya que en esta casa se admiten mascotas!

    Esta casa tiene una ubicación estupenda, justo al este de las famosas Twin Rocks. Sal por la puerta trasera y dirígete a la playa, donde encontrarás largas extensiones de arena para explorar en cualquier dirección, además de unas vistas a Twin Rocks. Hay un montón de sitios para comer a lo largo de la costa y muchas tiendas que descubrir en el centro. Súbete al Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad para dar un paseo rápido hasta el pueblo pesquero de Garibaldi, a cinco millas al sur. Si te apetece un poco de aventura, acércate a Rockaway Big Tree y pasea por los senderos del frondoso paisaje de los alrededores.

At first look I was disappointed that there was a large house between the rental and the ocean view. The house is large with great bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room doesn’t look like the picture. The furniture is not as nice and there’s less of it. There were no rugs in the living room and with the concrete floor it didn’t feel welcoming. The kitchen could use more thorough cleaning, more towels andbetter organization. The carpet runners downstairs were all stained/dirty. The beds were all comfortable with good mattresses but the linens and towels are very worn. I understand it’s a dog friendly house so it’s hard to keep pristine but for the price we expected more care focused on cleaningcomfort. The beach access is close and an easy walk. The neighborhood is very walkable and quiet.

Home was beautiful. But was not cleaned prior to check in. No rugs in the living room. Blood stains on master bed set. For the price was expecting it to be clean. Everything else was okay. Large kitchen and bathrooms. Bunk beds were falling apart.

Very nice large home. Close walk to beach. The upstairs bedrooms/baths were very nice and clean. All beds were comfy. Beautiful kitchen. Had some problems with cleanliness of glasses and pots & pans in the cupboards. Also, dirty coffee pot with old grounds. We texted about the gas fireplace not working. Were told they would get back with us. No one contacted us.

Overall the house was very nice and clean. The location was good - short walk to the beach. Would stay here again! Although we were a bit disappointed in the differences in pictures. The couch was a different smaller couch than the sectional in the photo and the carpets were gone. There has also been a very large house built on the other side of this house since these photos were taken - you cant see the rocks from the bedroom window nor walk up that way to the beach.

Beautiful beach holiday for the entire family

This beach home is attractive, livable and pet friendly. There are lots of activities nearby to appeal to everyone, from kids to grandparents.

The house was a bit dingy which I guess made sense that it was dog friendly. The sink in the kitchen wouldn’t shut off and the bedding was sub par. We did however, love how close it was to the beach and check in and communication with the rental company was easy with quick responses. All in all, we enjoyed our time.

Fantastic trip

Our large family group were so pleased with the design of house, its cleanliness and charm. The neighbors were friendly and we had no problems at all. Great place.

Spring break get away

Very dog friendly, easy walk to beach, open spacious floor plan, kitchen was a bit disorganized and dishwasher shelf was broken but overall a great space to gather for spring break

Family fun

My husband and I treated our daughters, their hubbys and our grands to a week at the beach, The house was the perfect size for the littles to run around and for everyone to have their space. Easy walk to the beach. Loved it!

Family Gathering

Great location, easy access to the beach around the corner. Could use a little better cookware (griddle, etc) and larger kitchen garbage can. Otherwise, beautiful home, very roomy and perfect for our needs. Would stay again and recommend this to families.

Like the most: location, roomy, each bedroom includes private bathroom, plenty of sunlight going through the entire house, large kitchen and living room.Things need to update: dripping kitchen faucet, dirty/stain rugs in living room, broken/old kitchen cookware, old/sunken living room sectional.In addition, the driveway is narrow; the cover parking is challenging to get in even with 2 mid size vehicles.

Great Stay

The property was exactly as described, nice and clean, and had plenty of everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots and lots of clean towels and washcloths. Lots of space for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids), and very close to the beach with the Twin Rocks right behind the house. No beach view sadly, but still a great place to stay. We really enjoyed it!

Overall great spot

Great home for two families! Close for toddlers and kids to walk to the beach, we loved being on the West side of Hwy 101. We had some issues with ants in the upstairs bedroom and bathrooms, but the property manager was very responsive and stopped by to address it (which was much appreciated and made a huge difference!) We would definitely stay here again
