    The Space:

    Beachside Getaway is spacious, filled with light, and offers guests the ultimate lodging experience with incredible amenities, exquisite decor and furnishings, and an unbeatable location mere steps from the beach. Even better is the fact watersports gear and eight beach chairs are available to enhance your sandy excursions.



    This unique beach retreat also offers guests direct beach access from the main deck. Nedonna Lake is within walking distance and is perfect for fly fishing, so anglers better be ready! Some fish that you can find here are smallmouth bass, rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, brook trout, and perch. Downtown Rockaway Beach is two and a half miles south where you will find just about everything you may need, including great restaurants, a market, and some souvenir shops. If you want to drive into a larger town, take a 17-mile drive down the highway to Tillamook, which has an amazing and famous cheese factory, a variety of restaurants, and plenty of stores. Manzanita and Cannon Beach are a short drive north, offering incredible shops and terrific restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts will love visiting Cape Meares State Park, which is almost 32 miles away and offers scenic hiking areas, jaw-dropping viewpoints, and a historic lighthouse.



    Inside, the open floor plan effortlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Start your days with a mouth-watering breakfast prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen before heading out to explore the beach and find treasures hidden in the sand. The dining table is perfect for a family or group of friends. Then, walk out to the living room and spread out comfortably on the sofa before streaming the latest Netflix series or movie or playing one of the board games available. Stargaze at night using the telescope available in the living area and experience a magical getaway like no other. Outside, the large wraparound deck features a gas grill, creating the ideal setting for an entertaining cookout.

The house was great, the kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean, lots of extras (beach chairs, grill, etc). The only thing we wish the house had was more windows that opened. It got pretty hot in the afternoon sun.

The house was beautiful and had a great view. I will definitely come back again. My only wish is that there were screens on the windows and back door. We couldn't keep the back door open because we had a dog and there wasn't a screen door. A few flies came into the house because the windows didn't have screens. Our stay was amazing besides that.

Beds were not very comfortable. Carpets stained and didn’t smell very good. kitchen table needs resealed. Very sticky. We cleaned it didn’t make a difference. Location and beach were great. Nice house. Needs some maintenance.

Perfect Beach House

This home had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, lots of space. And the views from every upstairs window was amazing! We were on the beach in less than a minute! We will stay there again!

Great Beach House

Easy to book and a reasonable price. Plenty of space for us, 3 couples and a small dog. The short path to the beach was great. Games and puzzles available for those cold days. All around a great experience and house for our needs.

Love this house!

We rented this house before years ago multiple times and it never disappoints. Plenty of space for my family and now the dogs as well! Thank you for allowing our canine kids. The view is awesome and the short walk to the beach is so convenient. We will be coming back soon!

Wonderful house on the beach

This house was great for our family with two kids. It was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful ocean views and easy beach access. My kids loved all the games and puzzles. The front living room with windows all around was a favorite hangout room for all.

Son's 18th birthday

This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We were celebrating my son's 18th birthday, so it was perfect that there was seperate space for him and his friends downstairs away from family upstairs. The views and closeness to the ocean were fantastic and every room of the house hase some kind of books or game's. The only thing i would say was a negative, only because we had gamer boys, was that there is only 1 small tv in the house.

Beautiful View right on the beach. Quiet. Lots of stairs so be prepared to go up and down. Pretty clean, needs a bit of maintenance (lights/outlets not working) but overall nice. Need screens on the windows. Enjoyed our time there.

Great multi-generational great away

Location was great. Something for everyone Grandparents, parents, kids and dog. Kitchen was well equipped for family meals with the exception of needing smaller bowls for kids and snacks. Couple of notes for owner sink in upstairs shared bathroom drains very slow. Plus a good broom and dustpan would help. Hope to visit again.

Beautiful spot, great house!

We had a wonderful time in this surprisingly beautiful home! Perfectly priced for an off-season visit, we chose this spot never having stayed at Rockaway Beach and were so glad we did. The house was inviting, well kept, comfortable and super clean. Our kids loved the bunk room, and all the games and puzzles around the house! So many thoughtful details throughout. The living room was our favorite, boasting lovely views of the waves over the dunes through large bay windows. And the short private trail to the beach made it easy to come and go to the beach often. We will definitely be back!
