    The Space:

    Beachside Getaway is spacious, filled with light, and offers guests the ultimate lodging experience with incredible amenities, exquisite decor and furnishings, and an unbeatable location mere steps from the beach. Even better is the fact watersports gear and eight beach chairs are available to enhance your sandy excursions.



    This unique beach retreat also offers guests direct beach access from the main deck. Nedonna Lake is within walking distance and is perfect for fly fishing, so anglers better be ready! Some fish that you can find here are smallmouth bass, rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, brook trout, and perch. Downtown Rockaway Beach is two and a half miles south where you will find just about everything you may need, including great restaurants, a market, and some souvenir shops. If you want to drive into a larger town, take a 17-mile drive down the highway to Tillamook, which has an amazing and famous cheese factory, a variety of restaurants, and plenty of stores. Manzanita and Cannon Beach are a short drive north, offering incredible shops and terrific restaurants. Outdoor enthusiasts will love visiting Cape Meares State Park, which is almost 32 miles away and offers scenic hiking areas, jaw-dropping viewpoints, and a historic lighthouse.



    Inside, the open floor plan effortlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Start your days with a mouth-watering breakfast prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen before heading out to explore the beach and find treasures hidden in the sand. The dining table is perfect for a family or group of friends. Stargaze at night using the telescope available in the living area and experience a magical getaway like no other. We loved staying here. Spectacular views, clean and welcoming house, and close to restaurants and other amenities. You can sit on the deck and watch the ocean or take the short walk down to beach.

We LOVED our stay. The only problem is it wasn't long enough! Host was quick to respond to messages. Property was perfect for our needs. We plan to come back for a longer stay!

This beautiful home sits right on the dunes, and is just steps away from the shore. Except for the music of the ocean in the distance, this is an ideal location for a quiet visit. The property is well-appointed with all the appliances you'll need. Rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space, and the open living and dining rooms look out onto the dunes and the ocean beyond. I will definitely be returning to the special place.

We've stayed at several VRBO's and other properties...this one was one of the best! The view was amazing with the ocean just a couple hundred yards (at the most) from us. The beds were comfy and living room was open, spacious and relaxing. The kitchen came fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. Having a large dining area was a nice perk too. We stayed for 5 days taking long walks on the beach that was only steps from the house and easily accessed by a short path. The house is definitely "pet friendly" making our stay even better with our dog. This property is ideally situated with Rockaway just down the street to the south and Wheeler, Nehalem and Manzanita all a short drive to the north, there's plenty to see, do and experience. We'll definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Great property. Wonderful view. Lots of room. Good for the dogs. Only negative was some cobwebs and light fixtures need to be cleaned. Otherwise great experience!

The house was great, the kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean, lots of extras (beach chairs, grill, etc). The only thing we wish the house had was more windows that opened. It got pretty hot in the afternoon sun.

Perfect Beach House

This home had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, lots of space. And the views from every upstairs window was amazing! We were on the beach in less than a minute! We will stay there again!

Great Beach House

Easy to book and a reasonable price. Plenty of space for us, 3 couples and a small dog. The short path to the beach was great. Games and puzzles available for those cold days. All around a great experience and house for our needs.

The house was beautiful and had a great view. I will definitely come back again. My only wish is that there were screens on the windows and back door. We couldn't keep the back door open because we had a dog and there wasn't a screen door. A few flies came into the house because the windows didn't have screens. Our stay was amazing besides that.

Love this house!

We rented this house before years ago multiple times and it never disappoints. Plenty of space for my family and now the dogs as well! Thank you for allowing our canine kids. The view is awesome and the short walk to the beach is so convenient. We will be coming back soon!
