"we needed a bathmat when we checked, and it wasn’t that clean and every dish we needed to use had to be re-washed. The rule is that you wash the dishes no one did it before us. There were little Nats everywhere all over the bathroom and there’s no type of railing to help you get into that tall tub when you’re 5 foot five that’s hard to do. We tried to contact the people that run at Rockaway Reynolds and they never got in touch with us. We contact the Vrbo we contacted Expedia. They got in...

"The two beds in the bedroom was kinda hard and the bed room stayed kinda warm I'm glad we brought a fan with us. The living room had like a futon with no blankets and wasn't very big. The place was small. It says it sleeps 4 but maybe only 3 would be better."

"Booked stay on a Tuesday, we were 1 hour away and they texted on Friday that they did not have a reservation for us because they double booked. Had to find another place to stay while on the road and they also have not been helpful in the refund process. I have had to reach out to Vrbo support."

"It is a very cute little cottage house for two people to stay in. My boyfriend and I loved it because it was like our own little place to be. It is not too far from town but also not too close to be bothered by everything going on. It was clean and tidy and got very cold when we forgot to turn up the ACs after we got there so no complaints about being too hot on the hottest day of the year when we stayed!"

"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. There was no address listed anywhere on any information given to us for property location. The check in information listed a phone number which when called said it was a management company which no longer manages this address. Upon arrival there was no parking. Upon arrival we got an email which said the Wi-Fi was down and they would not have it fixed for our 2 day stay. The tv runs on internet. We asked to be changed to another unit and no...

"We had a wonderful stay in Branson! The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was especially convenient, with easy access to the convention center, which made getting around simple. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels provided—a small detail that made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others visiting the area."

"Perfect spot for what we wanted! I had my 4 kids with me and we had tons of space. The table extends and has a leaf so it becomes very big! We played tons of games and had huge family dinners with room to spare! The rooms were spacious and decorated very vacation-ey! The deck area view is of the golf course and you can’t help but feel extra special sitting out there. I was very sad to leave our little home away from home, but we will be back! Branson is a beautiful and magical place and the...
