"Gorgeous old pub in a village setting. Lots of parking. The accommodation buildings are set apart from the pub, and our room was beautiful. Breakfast is served in the pub restaurant- but the landlord will deliver a jug of milk in the morning for use with the tea making facilities. Just make sure the sign outside your door is set to “yes please” for milk! No plastic in sight. We ate at the pub in the evening and the food and service were very good too. "

"We enjoyed a fabulous one night stay at Haveners. Room 2 was luxurious with a large comfy bed, beautifully decorated and a wonderful bathroom with rain head shower. It was just perfect with views of the quayside and water. Lovely to sit and watch the little Polruan ferry coming and going. "Just stayed for 2 nights, the Inn has 12 rooms free fast wifi, and the two rooms we had, family room and standard room, were spacious , clean, and lots of hot water for bath and shower, and we had a virtual check in, we booked pre covid-19, for a great price from Hotels.com, and it was great to see that that the inn hadnt closed down, it was a pity the restaurant and bar were closed, but we undertstand why! The full English breakfasts were cooked to order, and there was a lot of leeway ...

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
