Graduation weekend
The house was perfect. Everything was clean and organized. Easy to find. We didn't use the grill or outside area as it had been raining but it was nice and private. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great Rental
We were in town for a disc golf tournament. This property was perfect in location as it was just 5 minutes from 2 of the courses and 15 from Winthrop. The property itself was well kept and more than suitable for our needs. I highly recommend booking this property.

Family Visit
It was a great location. We could visit family but still have our space. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were “way flat”! TV was confusing as it was all apps and internet! We are “old” school - so used to cable TV! Would definitely stay there again. 😊

Spartan furnishings in immaculate condo
This place was immaculate. Very spartan furnishings and zero decorations. Only 1 table lap in whole condo. Would suggest table lamp in each bedroom and maybe luggage rack. It was really perfect and much greater accommodation than a hotel!! I'd stay here again!

Christmas break getaway
This is one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in! I do think it would be helpful in the listing to note that it is a two-story unit. My kids are older, but if I had younger kids, I would not have been comfortable sleeping on a different floor than they were. I think adding to the listing that one bedroom is on the second floor and the other two were on the first floor could help families with younger children plan better. I agree with previous reviewers that the kitchen is not super well stocked. We ate out for all but one meal, so for us this was not an issue, but I do think there could be a little more options in the kitchen including some foil and Ziploc bags for leftovers. I loved having a washer and dryer right there, as we did have to use it once to wash a shirt that my son spilled something on. I was disappointed to see that the mattresses and pillows did not have fully encased covers on them. Our family has a summer rental in Ohio, and we put the fully encased covers on all of the mattresses and pillowcases. No matter how clean you keep a rental, there is always a risk of a renter bringing in bedbugs! This would be a simple and inexpensive addition. It would also help when families have little ones that may wet the bed. There were a few stains on the queen size mattress on the second floor. A cover can be replaced or laundered much easier than a mattress can be. Thicker pillows would also be great addition. Otherwise great rental and we would stay again.

December stay
Property was very clean but was lacking in other aspects. Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were cheap and flat. There were not a lot of little touches that rentals seem to have (tissues, alarm clock, fan, extra cooking things, shampoo, etc). Kitchen supplies incredibly limited. Just wasn't a very welcoming feeling unit

Would stay again!
Place was so cozy and just as described. In fact seemed more spacious and felt more at home than I was even expecting. There is not much equipment to cook so would recommend bringing kitchen stuff with you or adjusting meals accordingly. Had a lovely visit and would come back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Home!
This place set the bar higher for us for future travels. Everything was neat as a pin and extremely clean. We loved having access to a washer/dryer. Neighborhood was very peaceful. If there were 6 stars I’d rate at that level.

Wonderful place in a wonderful location. Cleanest home we have ever stayed in.
We highly recommend this home which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were so impressed with this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The property manager is great. Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. Perfect for a family of 6. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely will go back if ever in the area again. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful and clean home.

Comfortable
Easy check in process. The home was clean and had all you needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. This townhome was on the end of a row so was nice not having people on both sides. The host was very good about responding back to text messages. Best of all price was good and a lot more room than a hotel.

Carowinds Getaway

Beyond Our Expectations
This is a terrific property, very well maintained and super clean! The furnishings that were provided were modern and looked like new. Having the 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suited us well. The location was perfect for us to be able to get to our local family's home in Fort Mill rather quickly and with little complication. It was also nice to have so many options of places close by car for food and activities. We would definitely recommend this property and owner to anyone looking for a place in Rock Hill. We also hope to stay again ourselves.

Quiet and Friendly Neighborhood
The house was clean and ready to go on time. Nice neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and it was quiet. Close proximity to restaurants, entertainment, and high school. A lot of little extras throughout the house. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you may want to bring extra pans. There was sufficient kitchen supplies for our family of four. Internet worked well since that is a must with 2 teenagers. Other than the kitchen one of the best stocked places we have ever stayed at.

Convenient and roomy
Very convenient to SC/NC and Charlotte. Roomy, with upstairs so a family can separate a little. Well kept and clean. Groceries, stores etc all within a few miles/short drive. Close to lake.

If stairs do not bother you, the upstairs bed was bigger and more comfortable than the 2 main floor beds. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Great place
This property was great. Not many kitchen extras so stop at Food Lion on the way in. Everything we needed was close by or a very easy drive. Super quiet at night and friendly neighbors.

Basketball tournament at Rock Hill Recreation Center
This is a great place to stay if you're going to Rock Hill. We were very pleased with it. It us 15 m8nutes from recreation center, lots of nice restaurants.

Long Business Stay
My husband and I lived here for a couple months for work project nearby. The property is in a great neighborhood, very safe and quite. This end unit has a lot of light and very nice private back yard. We felt comfortable here and enjoyed the upstairs master suite.

Our 1st volleyball tournament
Our experience renting this property for our 1st volleyball tournament weekend was perfect. We were very impressed by how easy check-in was and how clean the property was. The neighborhood was very quiet and well lit at night. I am very happy that I found this place because it will be our rental everytime we have a tournament in Rock Hill.
