"This property is across the street from my son and his family, so its location is its most appealing feature for me. It's reasonably clean and comfortable, and was surprisingly warm and toasty on a cold winter weekend. "Great location. Near lots of good restaurants and some cool shopping. Place is really large for a one bedroom and front balcony is a nice spot to umwind at the end of the day"

"Carpet in entryway,stairs and hallways are stained and dirty. Rug in living room and coffee table are stained and dirty. Sheetrock is cracked in many places,but I assume it is because of the age of the building. "

"We found your condo to be cozy, comfortable and very well located for our needs in Charlotte. Directions were easy to follow and check in was a breeze. Master bed was comfy, living room and sunroom bright and welcoming. I cooked a couple of simple meals during our stay and found everything needed in the kitchen to make cooking easy. "Perfect place to stay when visit my son"

"We stayed here for 4 days. The condo is nicely furnished with a comfy sofa and bed. We were welcomed with a cute basket of edible goodies. The hot water was hot and high pressure ( which I enjoy for showers). It is an older condo but that doesn’t take away from the comfort. There was plenty closet space for our bags and clothes. There isn’t a lot of grass if you have a dog but our dog was fine doing his business. The location was ideal for us because it was only a short distance from downtown...

"This property was in a beautiful area. The neighborhood is safe and near restaurants and shops. It's definitely a walking town. The apartment was very clean and has a lovely deck that we enjoyed every evening. I highly recommend the National White Water Rafting Center, Optimist Hall for food as well as Noble Smoke for BBQ."
