"The property was perfect for our group. The pool was very nice when we were too sunburnt for the beach. The beach is an easy walk but I do recommend renting a golf cart to haul chairs etc and when little legs are too tired to walk. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils. "

"Everything you could imagine and more. The house was phenomenal. Something for everyone and stunning art throughout. Truly a beach treasure. Owners were thoughtful and kind throughout a difficult booking process. Communication was near immediate and always clear and with the utmost care. A wonderful experience. "The house we stayed in was very nice. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and more. New appliances, gas stove, a big master shower and soaking tub. Eveyone loved their rooms and the house in general. We all said we would love staying there again. If I had a complaint, it would be how tight the parking was. We had a full size SUV and it made for a bit of a challenge."

"30Avacay was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed every part of our stay! Beds were comfortable, kitchen and grill were easy to use and had plenty of dishes and utensils. The large tables were good for eating and playing games as a family at night or during rainy mornings I will say it was about a 15 minute walk to the public beach access but the bikes made it quicker "

"This property is very well maintained and fully updated and equipped. I didn’t notice it pictures, so I would like to point out that there is a firepit in the backyard with two nice porch swings. The neighborhood is quiet with a very nice community swimming pool. The drive into town is maybe 6-7 minutes on the provided golf cart. Management was responsive and accommodate our needs. We will definitely be back for a visit, and I recommend that you do as well! "

"Casa molto bella ed ideale per chi cerca l'immersione nella natura e nella tranquillità.A nostro avviso però vi sono alcuni dettagli che, per la cifra pagata, dovrebbero essere migliorati: evitare di fornire solamente due pastiglie per la lavastoviglie (per un soggiorno di 7 giorni), sostituire uno dei due lettini da sole che è rotto cosi' come il divano da esterni (sfondato nelle sedute). I freni delle biciclette non funzionano adeguatamente e andrebbero revisionati."

"What a fun stay and so conveniently located! There were four adults and five children staying in this well outfitted home. It rained most of the time we were there which is a real let down for a beach vacation, but the pool was our saving grace. The kids swam in the rain as long as there was no lightening. In fact, they hit the pool before we could even unload the car! The home included inflatables for the pool and chairs and sand toys for the beach. The golf cart was a real treat for us too....
