"Was very clean, host was responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the gas and someone came to fix it within 2 hours. It snowed during our stay and the snow was plowed by someone twice. "The house was very clean and well appointed. Internet was great, and the bed was so comfortable. We met Eric, our host, who gave us invaluable info about a hike/waterfall nearby. The baseboard heat worked well, and there were plenty of pillows and two warm comforters. The jugs of bottled water were appreciated. There was a big grassy area for the dogs to romp. We spent the day at Minnewaska Preserve, only about 12 minutes away."

"The best parts of Grandma's cottage were the record player and records, the binder of 1993 Gourmet magazines (my favorite year), the very detailed labeling of everything in the kitchen which made preparing meals a breeze, the comfortable beds, the fact that it really felt like we had traveled back in time to Grandma's house AND the fact that it smelled fresh and clean and not fusty like some Grandma's houses. Thank you for a blast from the past!"

"We had a great time at our friends reunion. The house was lovely, with plenty of space for activities and supplies already on site. One piece of feedback I would give us just to be a bit clearer with house rules up front. I didn’t receive any instructions until our first night. "Everything is new and works well. Cottage was spotless and prepared well. Check in process, door locks, internet etc all perfect. Just a little too early in the season for leaves on trees, so didn't get the secluded feeling that we imagine would have been there just a couple of weeks later. Visited with our standard poodle - he loved it. Excellent dog park nearby."

"This is a great place to stay if you're going to Minnewaska State Park or the Mohonk Preserve, both of which are just a 15 minute drive away. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed for a five night stay.
