I also want to apologize for the uncomfortable pull out sofa. I have shared your comments with our maintenance leaders so that we can ensure this is an isolated incident.We do have to follow Marriott's standards on the amount of towels put in each room, but we're always happy to bring you extra during your stay or even have extra put in your room per request before arrival.
