We planned a 4-day stay to visit family. House is cute and was selected for accessiblility for my 80yo mother and enough separate beds for Teens and dining area to seat us all. Wish more properties had twin beds in at least one room. But issues do occur. Initial response from Mgt company was quick via text, but no follow through on commitments to address issues. Did get partial refund due to safety issues.Safety/accessiblity - despite being told of our delayed arrival - it was not plowed/shoveled leaving it icy. Quick reply from mgt company was they'd get it plowed, It never was. Additionally, we spent 2 days without lighting in 1/2 house. This is because of poor circuiting choice when kitchen upgraded. The dishwasher was detecting a leak, so alarm went off non-stop. Okay appliances break, I understand, we can wash by hand. However, only way to stop it was, at direction of mgt company, to turn off circuit for dishwasher. Unforrtunately, that also turned off lights in basement, kitchen, dining area, and base of stairs. Was told they'd address, no one came to fix it. We did receive partial refund. Cleaning crew not doing their job (dirty towels in bathroom, bedroom unswept, and refrigerator dirty with food remaining). MGT is aware and should address this. Kitchen is high end, but supplies lacking - only 3 mugs and no pot large enough for pasta - 1 sauce pan and 4 frying pans. Hopefully they address this.If safety issues addressed would consider staying again.

Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Neighborhood is nice and this beautiful house is surrounded by many other beautiful houses. Deer visit the yard every morning and it was nice to watch them through the house big beautiful windows.

The house was really charming! The master bath needs to be redone I think it has serious leaks by the looks of the ceiling in the room below it! Other then that the neighborhood was nice, the house was clean and had everything we needed.

A great house near the lake in Irondequoit

We enjoyed this house, from the size and the number of rooms to the location and access to everything needed while we were in town for a funeral. Communication was simple and quick with property owners. Priced to enjoy!

Rochester stay

This is a beautiful house with a very cozy and warm appeal. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well laid out with coffee maker, microwave, two stoves and a refrigerator with ice and water on the front door. There is a propane BBQ which worked very well and a fire pit in the front. (we did not use this as it was very hot during our stay) The house easily cared for our 8 guests and there were not issues over the 4 day stay. It is located 10 minutes from a large mall with grocery and other shopping needs and was close to the lake. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Our stay for RIT graduation

We enjoyed the neighborhood and the location. Access to a grill was very nice. Sufficient dishes and towels. Second person I called on how to gain access was courteous and responded quickly. A few issues- mailbox was overstuffed with mail and front closet had previous mail thrown on the floor and shelf Seating in LR could be more comfortable- too deep. Dresser or suitcase racks in bedrooms would be nice. Recycle bin was full We received no timely instruction on how to get in or how to leave it Front door- mud splattered - filthy the description should list that the on ly bathroom on the second floor is in the primary bedroom - awkward for adults in other rooms to use bathroom at night. A handrail should be installed on the steps- one family member slipped and fell and had a bloody abrasion from her wrist to her elbow.

Excellent!!

My brother and I rented this house when we went to Rochester for a family visit. The house was nice and very roomy. Most furnishings are new, and the beds are VERY comfortable with plenty of pillows and nice bed linens. It was helpful to have many basic items like dish soap and paper towels provided. We only used 2 of the bedrooms but it was nice for each of us to have our own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed & that's not always the case w/rentals like this. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the lake. Definitely recommend this house if you need a place in Rochester!
