The people at the reseption was friendly and had a good costumer service, but the room was not what I had reserved, plus the shower was dirty with lot of red spots on the floor what appeared to be blood., and the toilet had marks of urine The next morning I complained and we got transferred to a new room that was clean wich it was nice of them. About 4 hours after we left, I got a call from the manager accusing us of stealing something from the room wich it was shocking to hear that., we had never steal from no where. We are really disappointed that we we’re treated like that They charge my card for something that we did not steal, we will never stay in this hotel again.

Se loved this place. We stayed one night at Great Wolf Lodge and then the second day we stayed until the pool closed then came to this hotel for the night. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and modern. The next day we went back to do MagiQuest and other activities at Great Wolf Lodge (things that don’t require a pool pass). This saved us quite a bit of money doing it this way and we had a wonderful time.

Comfortable beds, clean and quiet. You should know though that the staff member that was serving the breakfast area was not very nice or pleasant. In fact, she was rude when we asked for some more batter. She was our only complaint. Otherwise it was a great stay.

We liked that we could hear the frogs outside our window when we opened the window. But when we shut the window it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and the temperature was easy to adjust.

The dining room attendant is so nice and accommodating! Lobby staff were friendly and helpful and cleaners kept things cleaned and stocked. We were very pleased with our stay!

My brother and I stayed the night here before visiting our mom and we had a really nice stay. The front desk was really nice and friendly and our room was much more spacious than we thought it would be. My brother hasn't been to many hotels but he said it was the fanciest hotel he's been to. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice place to stay but we were freezing the whole time we were there. Our heater/ac unit kept blowing cold air. We arrived late Friday went straight to bed, woke up freezing, cranked the heat up (it said it was 70 but it was blowing cold air) and it never got warmer, we had to leave early in the morning to go to my daughters softball tournament which was the reason for our stay, when we returned still cold, ran out for dinner got back and told the front desk. the only fix to not keep cold air blowing was to manually kill power to the unit which they did. We woke up even colder... not very enjoyable for a nicer hotel.

Too much construction. I was offered a room directly in front of scaffolding which had workers right outside my window. The next morning at 7:30 carpet contractors were on site with large hoses running the length of hallway. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time

This area is just off I-5 and is undergoing some current repairs on the first floor. The local area is expanding for this location, so more shopping, eateries are being added so this should improve. The big attraction here is Great Wolf Lodge and the Lucky Eagle Casino just a few miles down the road going west to the Washington Beach locations.

The room was spacious, very clean, nice furniture. The only problem I had was the lack of food options. Outside of their morning breakfast there were absolutely no option to even get a bottle of water. No vending machines, no lounge, no room service. So, outside the lack of amenities, it was very comfortable.

I finished up early arrived at 3 pm on the 2nd day of my stay saw that house keeping had not cleaned my room took my things left a tip for the housekeeper and went to the main desk to check out and was told I could not cancel my 2nd night because it was after the check out time. I was unhappy with this answer since I new house keeping hadn’t even been in my room so it wasn’t a matter of the room not being ready to be used by another guest. I would have understood if my room had already been cleaned . I wasn’t even offered to be credited for another stay.
