  • This charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood just 1 mile from the Mayo Clinic and downtown. It is situated along the city bike and walking trail and the Zumbro River, making this a perfect location to stay awhile; whether you are here to visit the Mayo Clinic or looking for some fun and relaxation.
    The home features 1 upstairs bedroom that accommodates children nicely with 2 twin-size beds, toys, games and books.
    On the main floor, there is a full bath, a living room with a queen size sofa sleeper, a dinning room with an electric fireplace, a full kitchen- including a dishwasher, a laundry room and bedroom with a queen size bed.
    We offer a wonderful outdoor space with a sunshade over the deck outfitted with furniture and a mostly fenced in yard facing the city trail.

We had a great stay at this quaint little house! We stayed there for almost 3 weeks, while I was doing radiation. It had everything we needed . Great location. The host Bridget was so easy to work with. We had snow and she was there to shovel the drive and the sidewalk. We will definitely stay again.

A great place to stay while at Mayo Clinic

We enjoyed our stay, its proximity to Mayo Clinic (1 mile). It overlooks a park with a river and geese honking in the morning.

Excellent Property

Love the deck overlooking the river. Loved the walking paths right out of the door. Very cozy home. Good washer and dryer set up. Could walk to Mayo in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely stay there again

we liked this house it was very beneficial while my wife was at surgery and recovery at mayo. host was very accommodating willing to work with us even providing a late check out to help it not be so stressful on us

Quaint House for Families with Older Children

We enjoyed our stay as it was clean and tidy. Close to Mayo Clinic and other amenities. The stairs leading to up bedroom are very pitched and not best suited for those with younger children. Our host was wonderful!

So comfortable

We were very pleased with our stay at this location. It's clean and quiet and the owner was very responsive to our needs. We didn't go upstairs to see that room. The furniture was comfortable also. All in all, a good fit for our needs.I

What a great place in Rochester!

We were very pleased with having this house to return to every day. We were here for Dr. Appointments for 1 month and this was perfect. It had everything we could have wanted or needed. We loved the trails right outside the door that can take you all over the city. Great location and very nice neighborhood.

Just like the pictures

Great place to stay! Accessible for husband’s temporary use of walker. A deck overlooking Bear Creek Trail provided outdoor seating and enjoyment. I can’t think of a thing that is not provided - ice cream scoop to Shampoo.

Rochester

The house was the perfect place for us to decompress after long days spent at Mayo for treatment. The house was so well equipped and comfortable. Bridget is a great host. Really a perfect experience for us. I would just suggest an umbrella or cover for the deck. It was not useable in afternoon sun.

Charming cottage in a park setting.

An excellent property for a three week stay due to medical needs. The covered deck was charming and over looks a trail, a creek, and on to a lovely park. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained. It has a convenient floor plan, including laundry on the first floor and a very spacious second story bedroom in addition to the first floor bedroom. The kitchen has everything necessary to cook a wide variety of meals. Our four adults enjoyed the stay bery much. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful.

As Advertised

A really clean and well-stocked home with all essentials provided, which was awesome! It is smaller than I imagined, but once we adjusted to that we appreciated the simple sanctuary after long days at the Mayo. Quality linens, towels, flatware- these things can really make a difference! It was further from clinics than intimated but only a short drive. I would recommend!
