Nice view nice pool
The house itself and the area around is very nice, although the house and its furniture could use some upgrades here and there. The industrial kitchen makes it easy to cook for 12 people. The bedrooms are big enough, some of the toilets are very smelly though. The pool area is very nice aswell,the water could be cooler but it’s alright, I guess it just g happens with italian sun in the afternoon. What wasn’t very nice though were the owners dogs in the pool. The owner, Romina, also had a look inside the house and it felt like she was spying on uns, of course it’s okay to have a look at your house but watch inside and take pictures? Just not a good feeling. She also made us responsible for stuff that would’ve happened sooner or later anyways, because she doesn’t care about her outdoor furniture such as the sunbed. It’s ridiculous to charge 150€ off the deposit for a sunbed which is 10 years old and not of high quality (plastic) but exposed to the outside through rain and sun.
