"I love this little gem of a pub and have been staying here for at least the past 15 years whenever I am in the area for regular work. Andy and Adele make a great team with delicious food, a good variety of beers, wines, cocktails etc and a lovely fire to keep us all cosy and warm, oh and the fish pie was really delicious! 😋"

"We loved the hotel. Only criticism wish could have stayed longer! Beautiful quirky interior. Spotless spacious room with good air con lovely shower and white company bath products and v comfy bed. Good price too of room and drinks in bar. Didn't actually have breakfast so can't comment HOWEVER did order a cappuccino which was horrible (just watery milk) 🙄 I cannot wait to go back and stay again. Just ten minutes to town great location. "

"We had a 2 week stay in December due to family circumstances and really could find no fault. The staff team are really lovely, always friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Very clean throughout and breakfast was plentiful. We felt very safe there and parking outside the door. Excellent base for Doncaster town. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"It was good value for the money I paid. Booked 2 hours in advance online and checked-in without any hassles. Reception staffs I can say are extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast included with only £4.50 extra. Plenty of spaces for car parking. Room condition was decent considering the low price of stay. "

The place was so good that I still give it 5 stars even though the breakfast experience was less than expected. Breakfast menu is fantastic - nothing much I can think of that wasn't on the menu. The experience was a little bit spoiled by staff forgetting to bring mustard to the table so my meal was almost cold by the time it arrived. Also the toast took...
