"Sally's Cottage ist ein Traum. Die Lage perfekt - top Wohngegend! Es ist wirklich einfach alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sally ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sogar für den Willkommens Kaffee war alles vorbereitet. Kommunikation mit ihr top. Für eine Familie mit 3 Teenagern etwas klein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

"Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!"

They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door.
