"This property was booked by Expedia as the original property booked with our trip turned out to be fraudulent. expedia arranged this quickly with the host. the property has biometric entry which we were not aware of until we arrived as this is usually done 24hours before , however the host contacted us and we got it sorted. The place is secure with parking and uses facial and number plate recognition for entry. There are security and the front desk is manned 24hours. It is a central location as...

"The apartment is neat and functional although sparsely furnished. The fact that there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was appreciated. All in all we had a very comfortable stay. The location was less than desirable and we didn't feel save to walk anywhere from the flat. Reception at the apartment block was very poor. The apartment have beautiful views of Table Mountain and Lion's Head but unfortunately also into the neighboring block of flats one floor lower. "

"The couch, carpet and scatter cushions were filthy. A deep clean is urgently needed. The blind in the main room was broken and looks like it’s been stuck back on and doesn’t sit properly. Window handles are broken in the spare room. There were no dish cloths provided. The parking away from the actual accommodation is also an absolute mission along with having to collect the keys at another location. It wasn’t a bad stay but definitely not as the pictures show."
