"This place was perfect! It had an amazing view. Everything I needed for cooking. Patrick and the staff were most helpful, They brought us clean towels, a vase for flowers. A container to take the excess food I cooked. This is unusual where I’m from you get the place but no service. This was a 5 star experience at a great price!"

"I had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect. Very central location in Sea Point. Always felt safe. Some restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. The employees were attentive and helpful. I came to run the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon and it was walking distance to the stadium and start/finish line. I would stay there again. It’s close enough to get to meeting points for various tours."

"I reserved the place for 6 days but ended up staying only 2 nights. The noise level was unacceptable — loud music, guests talking loudly late at night, and other disruptive behavior. It felt very disrespectful. I raised my concerns with the host, but unfortunately I didn’t receive a satisfactory response. Overall, my experience was very disappointing."
