Peaceful

The property is well maintained extremely clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything one would need like pots, pans, air fyer, silverware glassware etc. The view is beautiful from the Balcony. The place is walking distance to the main area and beach.The pool area is well maintained and the view is awesome.

Sunrise Harbor

The property was better than showed online. Everything imaginable in the kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful, plenty of space for clothing. We walked to West End at least once a day. We would definitely stay here again. Donna was great setting up our pickup at airport and departure to airport.

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful and well stocked condo that served our family perfectly over a week. Fantastic location - quiet area but easy walk to town. Very responsive hosts who were very helpful and accommodating after we had experienced major travel delays. We highly recommend this condo if you are considering a trip to Roatan.

Wonderful Stay in West End

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed.Whole house water filtration was so helpful and made us feel at home.The property manager was super responsive when we had questions or concerns.I would love to stay in this property again.

Amazing Condo

We really enjoyed the Condo. Rick was very helpful with answering questions and making arrangements before our arrival. The condo is conveniently located and we had so many options for food and shops. It was very clean. I would say the best thing about our stay was Donna the property Manager, she was absolutely Amazing she made us feel right at home! We can’t express with how sweet and accommodating she was, she felt like family!

Condo Retreat

The property manager was very kind and very helpful. The water wasnt working and she was quick to get it taken care of as well as when the electricity went out too. It was quiet and accessible. It was nice not needing to have keys and using the punch pad for everyone to get into the condo.Theu had a lot of amenities like soap and body wash even sunscreen which was veru convenient. My family enjoyed their array of DVDs and the table was big enough for us to play cards. The pool was enhoyable. The only downside is the check in and out times were unclear and was asked if I could leave earlier than the posted check out time so they could let another guest check in sooner. I did decline and they respected that but I did not find the request very professional. Otherwise, the family really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this place for future visits to the island.

Quiet Honduran Getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much and the condo exceeded our expectations on comfort, accessibility to dining, and space. Mostly in Roatan we spent most of our trip under water but played many card games and even popped in a movie from the extensive collection. Donna met us at our checkin and gave us the tour. Easy to come and go as we please, excellent shampoo and conditioner, and had all the amenities of home. Kitchen was fully stocked and the previous guests even left us each a beer : ) Highly recommend for anyone staying in West End who wants to be a short walk removed from the nightlife.

Great Property with a Great Location!

Condo is good size with 3 Bedrooms and a beautiful view. Location is within short walk to several coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Be aware of the braid and massage scam ladies...Be assertive with No means No! Property has everything you could possibly need and then some. Rick and Laura are wonderful property managers to work with. Property manager on site is also awesome. Property is also in a safe area that is quiet plus a beautiful water view and swimming pool available. I highly recommend staying at this property.

We had an amazing time at this condo. Location is perfect quiet and so much to do close by. The drinkable water throughout the condo was a great. The amenities were endless. They even have an air fryer!! We hope to visit again next year!!

Beautiful Home in Beautiful Roatan

We arrived at our Sunrise which was going to be our home for a month....and what a home it was...We immediately feel in love with the beautiful view and especially the location.Very easy walking distance to town (we did it daily).The place itself had everything you needed and more.Donna our hostess was awesome and so friendly and effecient to anything and everything you needed.We had 5 adults the first 2 week and 6 adults the 2nd 2 weeks.Never felt like we are on top of each other.Used the pool often..may be cool for some but we are crazy Canadians.If you want a great place to eat...try the Stowaway next door...it is fantastic....A very organzied and well maintained place.Thank you Rick and Linda for having us in your wonderful home

Love Sunrise Harbor

We 110% recommend this property!! Sunrise Harbor, its owners and property manager are all amazing. I knew before going to Roatan that it would be lovely, based on my conversations with the owner. The location is quiet and about a 4 to 5 minute walk from the action of downtown West End. There are some amazing restaurants just steps from this property and a dive shop next door. We did have a bit of an issue with the A/C when we were there, but the owner response was immediate and their property manager handled the quick repair, all very appreciated. We fell in love with Roatan and can't wait to visit again next year!

Perfect Location

Overall great stay. Perfect location in one of the best parts of the island, indisputably. Not too loud, but not far from the bars and restaurants of West End either. Had to sweep up when I arrived so I could walk around barefoot. Other than small cleanliness issues everything was great.

Amazing host support!

The condo is in great condition and you can tell that it is the owner's personal vacation home and not just an income property. It was stocked with everything we could need. All the appliances were new when we arrived. And the owner's support and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. The location is a quick walk into West End and the road has now been paved. That was a big improvement over the pot holes from earlier years. Lots of rain during our two week stay in November so you may want to wait a month for sunnier days. Check out Cafe de Palo next door for a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or a happy hour drink. It is a hidden gem. We definitely recommend this great West End Condo.

Do not hesitate!

This is truly a spacious three-bedroom two bath condo with a comfortable living area that flows into the dining area and a very well-equipped kitchen. We purchased groceries on the way in and used the kitchen to prepare breakfast and lunches and then we ate out in the evenings. There is a large deck that overlooks a quiet bay and we spent most of our mornings drinking coffee on the deck. The condo is located within short walking distance from the restaurants, snorkeling, and shopping that West End offers. It saved us from having to rent a car to travel back and forth. Even after dark we felt very safe walking back to the unit. Rick and Linda were great to work with and once we got on the island Donna is the person to get a hold of. From arranging transportation, personal chef service, or any other questions you might have, Donna, the house manager, is the person to get a hold of. Download WhatsApp to communicate while on the island. Everyone uses it and it's free. I also recommend taking 15-20 mins when you first arrive and read through the information booklet that Rick and Linda have put together. It is packed with lots of useful information from dining to excursions. This condo was so comfortable we even spent a few of our afternoons snuggled on the couch and watched a movie from their well-stocked DVD library. If you are looking for a VRBO on Roaton Island, do not hesitate, book this now!

The property was exactly as described. It is in a very convenient location with plenty of good restaurants nearby. There is a guard on the property at all times, although it seems unnecessary. The pool is nice and clean. The dock was great for water taxi pick up/ drop off. We had a great time and felt very comfortable there. Thank you!!!!!!

Excellent experience!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Donna, the property manager, also cooks and performs massages. If you stay at this property, make sure you ask Donna to cook! The property is right on the water and a short walk from the West End businesses. Far enough away to not hear the noise at night, close enough to get anywhere we wanted to go quickly. Excellent!
