We have been coming to Roatan for the last 10 years and this is the first time we stayed someplace different than normal. We stayed in the home for a month, so had the opportunity to really settle in. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The biggest bonus to this place is the location. The reservation, pre trip planning and check in was good. It was a little more tedious and had to ask questions as a lot of information was not readily available well in advance. It may be due to the fact that we are use to over communication and planning with the other home we typically rent. We also had to stop at another location to check in, which was fine, but exhausting after a red eye flight and a grocery store stop. The house itself was was great. The location is perfect for those that want to snorkel, go the the beach, and hit the bars and restaurants on a regular basis. We felt like the part of the town and got to settle in a little more like "locals". It isn't a quiet location, as the night club has loud bass pumping till 1:30 or 2 am most nights of the week, and the roosters start crowing at 4 am, but we eventually got use to the noise and it lulled us to sleep. The house itself is a perfect layout. Three primary suites and one kids room with another unattached bath. It was spacious enough for multiple adults to move around without any issues at all. The kitchen was overstocked with everything you could possibly want. I've never had a kitchen so well stock. The sonos
