Les chambres et appartement étaient très propres. La cuisine est complète Piscine très même si non chauffé (pas nécessaire ;-) ).Très prêt de la ville de West End et la rue principale.

Magnificent location

We were two moms and three ‘tweens coming to Roatán for the first time. The condo is well appointed with high ceilings, great quality windows, sliders, and screens, the best stocked chef’s kitchen (great quality knives!), and handsome woodwork. We appreciated the access to filtered water and ice in the condo and respected the expectation to conserve water and limit plastic use on the island. The location was amazing. You’re a five minute walk toward Jackson’s Dive Center and all the shops and spots in West End. We had no problem jogging into town, getting coffee at Crazy’s, and using the water taxis to head to West Bay for a different beach scene. Felt safe and welcomed the whole time. Would definitely return!

Great place

We were very pleased with our stay here. It is spacious and true to the pictures provided on VRBO. The host had stellar communication skills. My partner went deep sea fishing several times so his walk the dock was easy. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Security guards were present.

Roatan escape!

Property was great and very comfortable for our family of four. It was quiet and not a long walk into town. The cafe next door was super cool and had a great ambience. There were some minor miscommunication issues (such as not knowing we were entitled to a midweek cleaning) but the big things were taken care of. We paid $80 in electricity and were there for over a week which seemed more than fair. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Vacation Rental

Great location, wonderful place. We frequently rent from Caribbean Colors and this one one of our favorite properties. The location cannot be beat. The condo is perfect. The mattresses and pillows are just lovely. That is such a rate thing to find in hotels and rentals. The pool is a great place to send the afternoon. The hosts / managers / owners are so amazing. They bend over backwards to make sure we have a great trip. I can't recommend the place enough.

Absolutely Loved It

We absolutely love this condo. We love it so much this is our 4th visit. It is just fantastic. The location cannot be beat. It is a few minutes walk to the beach, dive shops, and restaurants. But it is quiet and feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. There are ocean views from the condo. It is super clean and very comfortable. The property manager and owner are very accommodating and really help make the vacation special. We cannot say enoguh about the place.

The Good Life

This place far beat our expectations. Not only was the condo massive, it was so luxurious. It has granite on practically every surface. The kitchen is better stocked than my one at home. It has bathrooms that make me hate my ones at home. The mattreses, pillows, and sheets are so comfortable. You can see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The pool is perfectly ensconced in tropical landscapping, making it feel like an oasis. We spent a few cocktail hours on the dock. It was just fantastic. The location is superb and the property manager was fantastic. She really went out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic trip. I highly recommend Caribbean Colors Rentals. We will be back.

Couldn’t be happier!

Very nice condo unit on the ground floor. It had everything we needed and then some. Great location within steps of West End shops, bars , and restaurants. Caroline was very responsive with any questions we had and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

West End Paradise

Just returned home from 11 nights at Mangrove Dock West End. Could not have been better. Great location, beautiful view and comfortable accommodation for our group of 5. Caroline is helpful and accommodating and a great resource for local information. Looking forward to our next trip back to West end Roatan.

Perfect location! Clean, safe, quiet and close to everything!!!

This condo is in the best locattion in West End. Close enough to all the action but still far enough to be quiet and relaxing. The sunrise was spectacular over the dock. The Sea breezes were very nice. The gardens were maticuliuosly maintained. There was a night watchman that made it feel very secure. The inside of the condo had everything we needed. We did have a problem with the toilet backing up early in our stay but it was fixed immediately after we contacted Nick and Caroline. We could not have been more happy with their response. The beds were comfortable and clean and the black out curtains let us sleep in on our last night. We were cincerened about the electricity when we booked. There were 3 adults and a teenager so we were exapextijg a rather large electric bill for our 1 week stay. This is the second time that we have stayed in Roatan and paid electricity. The first time was a 1 bedroom and there were only 2 of us. I think we owed $45 for that stay. We were plesently surprised that at check out we only owed $50 for electricity. We were conscious of our electric usage however we were comfortable and used the AC as we would at home. If you are thinking about booking this condo you will not be sorry. The owners are fantastic and the place is perfect!!!

Perfect location, very comfortable, all the amenities

Caroline and Nick were wonderful hosts, from the initial email setting up our first introductory contact, offering airport pick-up services etc. tips on things to do (we did several-more on that later) up to a second email a couple of days before we arrived making sure everything was good to go - asking for flight info, confirming payment etc. They were there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around the gorgeous property (3 big bedrooms, master with en-suite, one queen bedroom with attached bath and a second queen - a little noisy, since this is where the aircon unit is - but even though I am a very light sleeper, it did not bother me too much), large living room and dining area. We did need the aircon on during the night just for comfort but our electricity bill was minimal. The kitchen is very well stocked - Caroline asked what drinks we wanted prior to our arrival and everything was waiting for us. The grocery store (Woody's) is a 5 minute walk so that was very convenient for bread, eggs etc. The local coffee (any brand) is amazing. Water, toilet paper is provided and you can ask for more if needed (email Caroline). Activites we enjoyed were Gumbalimba, Daniel Johnson Sloth Sanctuary, South Shore Zipline, Snorkelling (from the yellow submarine dock - Half Moon Resort) and of course at West End and West Bay, and horseback riding with El Rancho Barrio Dorcas. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the dock, my daughters sunbathed on the sundeck area in front of the other building and we walked every day to Half Moon Beach and West End and took the water taxis to West Bay a few times (very easy). All the restaurants in the area are excellent. Thank you Caroline and Nick for a great holiday!

Third and favorite visit

This is my third stay in the last few years at this property. It is always such a treat to stay here. The place is always impeccably maintained. The hosts are super friendly. It is not just their skill that is commendable, it is their easy smile and constant willingness to share their island experience and knowledge with vacationers is so welcoming and is one of the reasons tenants return year after year. It is the reason I have come back for a third year. The property itself is in a great location, close to everything but quiet. It is like an oasis. The condo is very well maintained and impeccably clean. The previous tenants had broken three of the screens but they were fixed the first day we were there.The beds are so comfortable. The mattress and pillows are really the most comfortable ones I have found in a rental. There are so many little touches like black out curtains that really make this place great. I read the previous review left and honestly do not know what the guests were talking about. This is my third visit and the place is always clean and in good shape. I have never found any bugs in the condo. In three visits, the only problems we had were with a hair dryer and a toaster but both were replaced within a few hours. I highly recommend this place.

Dirty bed full of sand flies my husband got sick from all the bites

First day safe batteries fell out so the safe locked all our money and my medication that they dont have on the island.I was able to email the owner b4 i lost my own phone i did have email several attempts she didnt respond like she did b4 we arrived.when i told her about the safe she asked us why the heck are you worried about putting your money passports abd medication in the safe anyway.you can get medication any where which was not true in my case and id have to go to a hospitol without it.the owners boyfriend showed us around said we could call his girl friend the owner /manager for anything however they left for europe.they left us a cell phone to call them but there were no minutes on it we went every where trying to buy minutes.finally the neighbor bought us a phone card that didnt work either another neighbor found a hidden key for the safe.it was discustingly dirty.we needed to call a doctor for my husband who got a virus from the bites and call the vet to arrange a health cert for her when we left impossible no phone as promised?we washed the sheets twice to get rid if the bugs.this place has been neglected.screens were broken etc.tv didnt work in second bedroom the neighbor tryed to fix it.we went home early had to have the neighbor read meter so we could pay our electric bill.very dissapointed.was told by owner she had a maid clean it?1
