Highly recommend this house!! Wonderful stay for our group of 8! The home is beautiful, the pool and outdoor area is fantastic, and relaxing on the dock was a highlight. Super clean house and lots of room. We also rented a studio, which worked well for our group.There was a small mildew issue (studio) and the internet was a bit glitchy at times, but the hosts were responsive and did their best to address both.A major highlight was hiring the cooks—Juanita, Sayra, and family. The meals were absolutely delicious and well worth it (bonus: we even got a couple of cooking lessons!). Ever was very helpful with planning before arrival and throughout the week, and Alex took us on a great day trips and to the airport. We felt very welcome and well taken care of—would definitely recommend this family for cooking and planning any outings/tours!

We stayed for 10 nights my wife and 3 daughters 7, 9, and 18 years old. Our younger two ended up loving the living room pull out twin beds, they were way more comfortable than i would have imagined. The interior was well maintained, and well decorated. the kitchen had everything you could imagine, the seasoning tray was well stocked. The pool was the winning ticket, was so nice to be able to sit on the couch and watch the girls swim. the kayaks were exactly what we like, one 2 person and solo. the life jackets selection was great, i believe there were 6 and all different sizes. The exterior had a little paint fad but on the day we were leaving the maintenance team was coming into paint, wasn't a deal breaker to use but some fad in paint on the deck and exterior walls was really the only discrepancies with the property. For those looking to stay here in December/January i would caution the bugs were a little worst than we expected and experienced this time of year on other island in the gulf/Caribbean. I don't blame the bugs on this property thus why i feel a 5 star is still an accurate score, that being said the bugs did affect our stay specifically at sun-down the little blacks bugs were annoying and biting pretty good. Silver lining, they were not bad on the dock so we spent sunset on the dock every night before going in for the night. For our family of 5 this was perfect, 3 very nice bathrooms, onsite laundry and full kitchen couldn't have asked for a better local contact

Our stay in this Beachfront Villa was beyond great. We loved the place. The host was very responsive & helpful. The location was very interesting. You drive for 10 minutes on an unimproved road through the jungle to get to a small intimate gated community of 6 houses. This one was right on the beach, as promised. The water isn't really swimmable here but others beaches are available. The house itself couldn't have nicer. It was all very new & modern & all three bedrooms had ensuite baths. The Master Bedroom was a knockout with its bathroom & dressing area. There are two other apartments just within the front door that would be available for larger parties but aren't included in the standard price. The Kitchen was top notch & well equipped with everything we needed except a Keurig coffeemaker. Between the house & the beach is that wonderful swimming pool & huge deck. This was a dream house for us.

Fabulous House!

We had a great stay here with friends to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday! House was super clean and ready for us as soon as we arrived. Everything was exactly as stated on the listing. The exterior and the pool were also clean and well maintained. We will definitely rent this house again when we return to the beautiful island of Roatan!

Family Getaway

We visited Roatan the week of Jan 20 this year and it did not disappoint! Desiree was on site to set us up for the week and even stocked the kitchen with a few groceries upon request.The house is beautiful and perfect for our family of 6 and 2 friends who accompanied us.The pool and outdoor seating areas are incredible even thought the rain did catch up with us on a couple of days and force us indoors.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations with its comfort, amenities and attention to detail.Again, Desiree was a pleasure to work with and we hope to be able to make a return visit in the near future.

Wife's 50th Birthday Trip

This was by far the best trip we have had in many years. We all (6 in total) agreed that it was the house that made it! What a great place and just feet away from the water and the marina. Back to the home, a custom build with every detail from inside and outthought very well through. There was 6 of us and we never felt confined. The kitchen was equipped with top of line appliances which is not common in small island countries, maybe Curacao is a close 2nd.

Amazing

Desiree was such a great host! She went above and beyond communicating from simple matters to providing smart recommendations and contacts for all kinds of activities.The appliances were really top notch and also the best laundry facility we have ever stayed in.The location is fantastic with snorkeling right off the dock which was also a great spot to sunset cocktails.Hot water showers were very nice and the pool is so fresh and clean.The owner and host both went above and beyond when we had some airline issues needing adjustments. We will be back!

Great spot for a fun vacation

Overall, the house was exactly as described. Beds and furnishings nice and comfortable. The outside deck and loungers could definitely use some love (loose boards, missing board on lounger, etc) but that was no big deal. We were disappointed that there was no real option for tv other than having your own Apple TV subscription. We wanted to catch up on the Olympics periodically (or watch any TV at night) but were unable to. Also had to do our own manual reset of the internet (using a ladder and educated guess as to where the modem was) and garbage disposal after ok’d by property manager, but those things were little more than an inconvenience. Did tell PM what time we had to leave to get to airport on check out day and she asked us to check out with someone she was sending who still had not arrived 15 minutes after she said they would. We ended up leaving keys on counter and heading out so as not to miss our flight. Otherwise, we really enjoyed ourselves!!

Easter getaway

The house was amazing. Very spacious and easy to get around, I am an above knee amputee and had no problem getting around with crutches. The beach is super close and has a long pier really close also. We had Juana come and cook for us daily which I highly recommend, also we had Ever taken care of all of our excursions which made everything a lot easier on us and I highly recommend also. If you're looking for quite, lad back, no crowds, and peace and quiet than this is the right place

Beautiful property

We loved our stay at this property. Communication was good with all the staff. We met at their office and followed Ernesto to the property...which would have been confusing to find ourselves. The house was beautiful and very clean. Great touches like the appliances and everything you could need for a short or extended stay! We loved the pool, used it everyday. Loved the amazing dock..kids loved seeing all the fish. The beach area was very nice, but definitely not a swimming beach. Everything about our stay with the family was great!

Peaceful Stay

This home was very beautiful perfect if you need some quiet time with palm trees and the ocean the dock was a great place to relax we enjoyed some kayaking as well. Took a snorkeling tour with the recommended Marcus which was absolutely amazing he was very knowledgeable on the island and went the extra mile to show us around as we headed back. The only thing that was missing was maybe some additional pointers on the locks and pool settings aside from that our stay was great and will definitely be back!

After a canceled rental and ending up in a very secluded apartment with zero anything, we decided to move to this amazing place! IT SAVED OUR VACATION! The property management team was outstanding and so kind. While it is away from town (10 min) its just perfect! Right on the beach and a private pool! Would not hesitate to stay here again! Beautiful elegant home in a great location.

Loved everything about my stay here. We were a party of 8; each of different ages and really enjoyed the time that we spent at the house. The pier and marina are beautiful with places to rest and watch the sunset. I highly recommend this place; Desiree was very helpful and communication was excellent. We will definitely be back again when visiting the beautiful Roatán.

Beautiful Home in a very Relaxing Lovely Location

Gorgeous new home with all amenities and beach toys you would want in a vacation home. Desiree and Tiffany were very helpful with excellent recommendations. The dock was great for sunsets. The location was quiet but close to French Harbor. The snorkel trip with Shermy (boat owner) is highly recommended with 3 snorkel stops. One of our group loves to fish and Shermy taught him how to fish only with a line and no pole. He caught a tuna which we had for dinner. Additionally hired the personal chef for dinner our last night. It was a real treat and the food was SO DELICIOUS! Would definitely love to come back again!

Amazing Stay and Wonderful Service

The house is fantastic and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our host, Desiree, was phenomenal. She arranged a snorkeling trip for us and a daily cook to shop for and prepare meals. What a fantastic vacation! The house is also beautifully decorated.

Beautiful Home

We had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful, with all the amenities you would need- sheets, towels, shampoo, detergent, soap, paper towels, etc. The community is quiet, the beach is at your doorstep, and the location allows you to enjoy all areas of the island. Private luxury get away!

The property & property manager were outstanding! Desiree met us at the airport and made sure we were tucked in with all our questions answered before leaving us to our spacious private home. The location was great for exploring all areas of the island in our rental car. We enjoyed splashing in the pool, as well as watching fish swim along the dock. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc.; everything you’d have at home! Desiree can give you excellent advice on local restaurants and activities! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
