"The cottage was perfect for our family. The rare first floor house was great with no stairs to climb. The fenced area was perfect for our little dogs to go outside and be free to do their needs. The cottage has several updates like new appliances, good flooring for the beach, and nice furniture. It is very clean and comfortable. We slept great and had everything we needed for our stay.The cottage would easily house a family with kids. It is across the street from the beach. Chairs and...

"My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! We enjoyed playing games on the red table, listening to records on the turntable, and grilling out on the patio. The host provided beach chairs and an umbrella which we were very thankful for. Would absolutely return, this place is a gem in OBX!"

"Perfect house for our family group. Enjoyed the decks. The house is very quiet and peaceful and in a very convenient location. Easy walk to beach and short walks/drives to grocery, restaurants, etc. Super clean and plenty of spaces to spread out. Enjoyed the rockers and porch swing, and had dinner on the deck which was great. "

"Lovely cottage with real wood interior in a great location. Everything was nice and clean. Central AC. Kitchen is well furnished with basic dishes and flatware but we did bring our mobile kitchen with a heavy frying pan, carbon knives, coffee-making, drink-mixing kit. Beds are good (bring your own sheets). Short walk to the beach, near restaurants and services. Great communication."

"Perfect for 2 people and plenty of room for our medium sized dog. Very convenient area and 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back. "
