As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The bed sheets were too small for the bed, so I woke up with my head on the mattress directly. Also when we came to check in the staff were doing some admin and we had to stand there for 10 minutes while they completed it in front of us
