My third stay at the Tides, and won’t be my last. Spectacular. Location is excellent, close to beach, food, coffee, etc. You will want for nothing, as they have thought of everything. Outstanding spot! And the views…. Pics don’t do it justice!

Beautiful spot to enjoy the incredible views. The sea can be rough and very rocky in the winter months but the large balcony is a good place to watch the surfers. Clean and bright. The only issue was the opening of the bathroom doors which open inward leaving little room to manoeuvre. Val was excellent-good communication and even put our groceries away for us. We would recommend The Tides.

Spring Tide is a wonderfully peaceful place. The location is ideal…away from Road Town…yet close to West Side restaurants and beaches. The unit is well laid out with two bed/bath wings on each side of a large kitchen and small sitting area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The sitting area is small because the unit is designed to use the large deck for eating and lounging. That works most of the time, but it would be nice to have more indoor seating at night or when it’s raining. There is no TV, which we welcomed. Val was a very attentive and helpful manager. The best thing about Spring Tide is the ocean right outside the building. It’s mesmerizing and so loud you can hear it through closed doors. The storms and rainbows only add to the stunning charm.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved the location. Hearing the waves break over the rocks was soothing at night.Val, the property manager was terrific, he even helped carry our bags up to the place.Only downside was that there was no place inside to lounge around.

Val was outstanding !! So helpful and kind. We saw him a couple times during our stay. He carried our bags to/from the car and gave us fresh water at the door for feet sand washing.The villa was waterfront!! Beautiful views, relaxing sound of the waves! Good location westside of island. We had everything we needed for a wonderful celebration of hubby's 70th birthday!! Also a shout out to "Bella mobile massage" she set up her table on the deck with the sound of the waves!! Best massage ever!!!

The Perfect Place to Stay

Val was so helpful in getting us checked in and showing us everything we needed for the stay. The condo overlooks one of the most beautiful scenes imaginable.. Beds were very comfortablè, kitchen and bath were well outfitted for our needs. We had a small problem (user error) which Val stopped by to address in 20 minutes! It was a fabulous location and experience!! We hope to come back! Thanks Val!

Perfect spot!

We came as a group of 4 family/friends to enjoy the BVIs. We rented both High Tide and Spring Tide. The units were in a perfect location right on the beach. Val was there to help us at arrival and was always within a text to answer any of our questions. The units were clean and comfortable. We loved hearing the constant sounds of breaking waves. We highly recommended the Tides.

Beautiful apartment in Tortola

The views in real are stunning! We enjoyed the beach right downstairs and were close enough to drive and enjoy Smugglers, Cane Garden and Brewers Bay.Val took great of us, and we appreciated having water and a fully stocked kitchen/bathrooms for our stay. Definitely going to be our go to spot for the next visit!

Beautiful Apple Bay villa with a view

Michael's villa was perfect for the two of us. We were looking for someplace quiet, and with a view, yet close enough to Road Town and the beaches. It did not disappoint. Ferries to JVD right from West End. Communication was great from the get go. His property manager Val is the absolite bomb and will make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend!

Nice stay

Property manager Val was great. He met us and answered all our questions and went out of his way to help us doing our stay. View is great, patio has plenty of room and a new gas grill.Beds are very comfortable. Decor is nice. A/C works great. Each room has its own split unit so you can control the temperature. In January you really only need the A/C doing mid day.Kitchen is well stocked. Only 3 issues, the floors are thin so the people above you sounds like they are stomping around. The shower kept going from hot to cold every few minutes. The picture looks like there’s a beach. There is not, just large rocks.Great view to look at but no swimming or sunbathing. Smugglers cove is the place to go for a great beach day. Only 15 minutes away. Otherwise I would rate it as 5 stars.

Great Place To Stay

BEST LOCATION ON THE ENTIRE ISLAND!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the best location on the entire island you wake up to the waves the sea breeze is perfect and if I'm not mistaking, we woke up to a rainbow over the ocean almost every morning. The Tides is such a well thought out accommodating space. I look forward to staying there again!

Tortola Retreat

The property and manager, Val, were top shelf. We stayed in the middle unit. Kitchen was stocked for eating in. Basics like coffee filters, coffee, salt & pepper, milk, and purified water were provided. The porch overlook is nothing short of spectacular.

Perfection!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The unit is exactly as pictured; cute, modern and very clean! And the beds were super comfy. The large patio had new and comfortable furniture and a gas grill. There is a nice beach in front of the property that we enjoyed every day. And you will see some great sunsets from the porch. There were beach chairs, towels and umbrellas and they were new and in great condition. The location of this property is close to other beaches and restaurants too. Michael was very responsive to all my inquiries during the booking and during our stay. And Val, the property manager, is an absolute GEM. He was always present or a phone call away, but never intrusive. He takes very good care of the entire property and Michael is lucky to have him.

Great property. Well equipped, even had some bug spray, in addition to beach chairs, umbrellas and everything you could need for the kitchen. Beds were comfy. I do wish there were fans on the porch, but everything else was perfect.
