Scary, awful…. the hotel be renewed completely, the conditions inhumane… excellent location, nice area, the building outside look good but the rooms are destroyed, change me room twice and every time was worth. Avoid.

Very poor and old hotel
The room 116 is the most awful and dirty room I have stayed, definitely not for a 4star hotel. View to a wall, food smell from the restaurant every morning. AC/Heater very noisy (impossible to use). I have requested to change the room the same day of the check in, but despite my complaint (please see the photos below) they didn't even tried or excuse to me. Only the young man at front desk was nice but the lady at the front desk was not professional and quite indifferent.
Stains on the carpet. Very  dirty.
Bathroom without maintenance.
Broken hair dryer.
Broken mirror and light of the closet too.

Novotel should be ashamed at the state of the rooms in this hotel Ripped and stained carpets, dated and damaged furniture Holes in the headboard where lights used to be - totally substandard and grim I declined the first room I was offered - reception could have told me it was a smoking room Breakfast ok but I couldn’t leave fast enough
