"We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading...
