Parking was straightforward, with ample options both on-street and in a nearby multi-storey just a short walk away (under 200 yards), which made arrival and daily outings very easy. The hotel foyer was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, with useful local information readily available. Our room was on the smaller side compared to typical U.S....

"The 2 rooms which we have were absolutely awful….dirty and dusty and old. Walls didn’t see paint for years -some of wallpaper was stick together with tape ! We have mould and damp on the wall . My son vie from the window was bins and cars as his room was on the basement. Food was extremely basic and poor quality. Stuff smoking cigarettes outside and whole halls stink . You can hear drains all evening when people flushed the toilet. Walls are very thick so you can hear every single noise….Awful...

"Tired 'club double' room in need of a complete refresh. Overnight technical breakdown resulted in no hot water throughout the hotel during the first morning. Note that the indoor pool is small (3 able to swim at one time) and slots have to be booked in advance rather than turn up & use."
