"Room was freezing tiny wall heater mouldy towels"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good spa facilities which were clean. The room was well set out and clean, although it felt a little tired! Breakfast was good, all fresh and scrambled and poached eggs cooked to order. All in all a good stay."

"There was a wedding party which I was advised before I arrived. The hotel called me to confirm this which I was happy with. They brought the evening meals to the room which was very enjoyable. I have no issues with this whatsoever. They kept me informed. "

"Unique boutique BnB just wonderful."

"The Berberry is a great place to stay, just 10 minutes walk from the station or the seafront, and offers a very comfortable bed with a great breakfast to set you up for the day ahead!!! Its an old listed building so to be expected but might smell fresher if the stair carpets were steam cleaned and better air fresheners. Beautfiul location. Lovely Japanese meditation garden next to the bagel cafe, was...

"Lovely & very accommodating hosts & very good breakfasts. Room was spotless with king size bed, TV, sea views, plenty of storage space, compact ensuite, etc. The on site parking requires some care from drivers, especially if you have a large car. Town centre, pubs, railway station & beach all a short walk down the hill."

"Our first mini break away alone, in 13 years and it didn't dissapoint. Anne is the most lovely host, so organised, courteous and kind, nothing was too much trouble. We were a little hot in the small double room, however Anne quickly provided a fan that assisted well. Breakfast was very tasty and scheduled for a time to suit us. Anne was very accommodating to my intolerances and catered with alternative milk and yoghurt. When booking I was unsure if booking the pool would be inconvenient,...
