"Good stay bathroom needs updating bedroom not very warm lighting not good for reading "

"Very interesting set up at the Rooms, loved the decor and the big lounge area. The little touches such as milk and water in fridge, and the dog basket, was really good. The decor in the bathroom on one side was dated and the towel rail had come away from the wall.. but everything was clean and presented very nicely. A good place to stay for a short trip.. many thanks "

"We knew before arriving at the property that there was no hot water and chose to stay as we couldn't find anywhere short notice. The water was still luke warm and the host did everything possible to make us comfortable. When we had problems with the lazy spa she also sent someone around asap. It was a lovely place to stay!"

"Staff were fine, check in was like a tressle table Room was tired and worn, shower room very tired also. Its a great building, farm house, built by Isambard Kingdom Brunell, The owner has not done justice to it. View was fantastic. Food was pretty good but not outstanding."
