"We’ve just returned from Villa vagnoli!Wow what a lovely house in a lovely setting!!The road up to the house from Sperlonga was definitely an experience & for me (being afraid of heights!) was hair raising-but you got used to it!! The market was sweet on a Saturday morning too!!Stewart was a great host-always on hand to answer any questions!!Through his advice we got the train to Rome from Fondi & took a boat trip to Positano & Amalfi (rather than drive the road in August!) "Siamo stati in questa struttura 4 giorni, il referente Antonio è sempre stato presente per qualsiasi richiesta da noi effettuata. Appartamento bello e pulito, il nostro bambino di è divertito tantissimo. Grazie ci torneremo senz'altro!"

"Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed...

"Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered...

"Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. "Die Unterkunft war super schön und sehr sehr sauber. Es war an alles gedacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "I chose the hotel for its location , not far from my next day´s business meeting. Sea front hotel,nice boardwalk to stretch your legs. A couple of restaurants nearby. Not a fancy hotel ,family owned. Owner is friendly. Continental breakfast included (coffee and a croissant). Room is small but clean. Bathroom fitted with a shower."
