El lugar es bonito Solo que al hacer mi registro la recepcionista no fue muy amable con migo si nombre es Yasmín medio la impresión que si habla español le pregunte si hablaba español y dijo que no sentí que fuera amable, soy una persona hispana que al igual que cualquier huésped de este hotel pague por un servicio y senti descriminada tal vez por ser hispana de igual manera pregunte a otra empleada hacerca del horario de la iglesia y solo ke dijo de mal modo que hoy no abren y cadi no quiso ni voltiar a verme siento que más de una persona me des crimino Y al entrar a mi habitación puse el privado necesitaba descansar después de un largo viaje y a la hora que llegue un empleado toco mi puerta se supone que si puse mi privado es ósea no ser molestada eso tampoco me parece bien . Otra de las cosas que no me parece es que cobren adicional por el estacionamiento debería ser incluido en el costo de la habitación . Según debería yo tener un trato excepcional por ser un cliente silver con expedía y no recibí nada de lo que se me prometió solo dos botellas de agua . El lugar es bonito Peto el servicio de los empleados deja mucho que desear al menos yo no me sentí cómoda como me trataron Disculpas peto me gusta siempre decir cómo estuvo mi experiencia cada lugar que visitó .

El unico problema es que no habia agua para tomar y para cafe, ni una sola botella! Y pedimos al Lobby y dijeron que 40 mins para traerla al cuarto ! Por el precio de habitacion, minimo una botella de agua!

Don't stay here if you are working or. need to get things done. I stayed here because my mom was in the hospital and I did not need to pay the extra $27 per day for parking and the $35 per day resort fee when i really did not use the facilities. Pretty place. But homeless population thick in area. Stay at the Hyatt in area if you need to get things done. Staff did not want to help me carry my bags. They told me to go back to my room and call the bell staff who did not answer the phone.

Loved the property! Good eating options. Loved our stay. Only thing was that we tried to schedule a spa day and the phone lines were always busy or no one answered so it never happened

Aside from being historical, i find this hotel to be a place I would never recommend or come back to. I called a few times to fix the safe in our room. They made 2 attempts and still wasnt fixed. I walked to fromt desk and complained about the toilet bowl. Lady at he fromt desk looked like she entered something in the computer. But not one person came up to fix jt. I wasted 4 hours waiting for someone to come back but no one did. At check out, I found out that nothing was even the system related to my request to fix it.

The front staff was not very friendly. They did not greet me or welcome me. The building however is very impressive and i highly recommend the building tour.

We’ve stayed here at this breathtaking hotel several times and this time I was completely dissatisfied. We stayed in room 220 and our room had a leak from the ceiling causing a huge wet spot on the carpet in the middle of the room. There were marks on the beams evident of similar leaks prior. When I called the front desk I spoke with Justin who offered me additional towels or a bucket. His response was ridiculous. This is a 4 star hotel and although I wasn’t interested in a total comp of our room, an offer of compensation for 1 night would’ve been acceptable. Justin offered to waive the resort fee $20.00 and in his words, a complementary upgrade on our next stay onto the higher floors where there aren’t any leaks. Not the best answer. This hotel is amazing, a true treasure and I’ve enjoyed its beauty and hospitality many times before but this visit really missed the mark. I’m truly disappointed.

The property's historic construction make a walk around the property a must see. From the circular stair case to the many architectural details, art pieces, numerus planters and water features the property is awesome. The facility was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

When leaving the property, no valet person was seen, my wife opened the car because the car was still parked there in the driveway, the alarm went off, still looking for a valet employee, I couldn't see anybody, but I saw that their booth door was open, I saw the keys and shut the alarm off when a valet person started screaming at me Sir you can't be in there what are you doing get out of there, etc. Meanwhile, there were actual zombies on fentanyl circling the building and following us around our entire stay, nobody tells them anything! Found our room with no toilet paper, no robes, no coffee, took two hours to get it after contacting front desk twice, once in person and once on the phone.

The moment we got there the gentleman at the desk greeted us warmly. He gave me and my husband one key for the both of us. (We’ve always been given 2 cards) then we hulled our luggage up to our room, only to find that our “key” didn’t work. So my husband went down the stairs back to the desk to figure out what was wrong. My husband asked for two keys this time and we got two. As soon as we stepped inside, I was excited to see a vintage layout and maybe some character being that this hotel was old. Boy was our surprise not what I was expecting. I found an earring back on the floor, so either the room wasnt vacuumed or it wasn’t vacuumed well. The air conditioning took forever to cool down (expected for an old place) the bath tub/shower was peeling paint and there was a rolled up rubber mat at the end of the tub which I twas assuming was clean. The shower got warm quick which was nice, except the water came out so hard that it kind of stung the skin. I tried twisting the shower head because sometimes that helps, but it just made the water pressure harder. The worst part about the shower was the tub wasn’t draining!!! So there I was showering and standing in dirty water. The beds were soft and the linens were heavy and felt nice. The walls are paper thin! We heard people running down the halls several times and people talking and laughing. To make matters worse, our room was along the street so all of the noise from outside (people talking, cars racing, motorcycles revving) kep

Check-in staff was curt, no hot water in the shower, and the tub faucet shot off when we tried to initiate a shower. Also, 4 restaurants in property but only one serves breakfast and it was a HUGE line so we left without eating.

Historic and amazing! We explored this well kept antique gem and with every turn it was more and more impressive! Words cannot express how cool this place is. Our room was spacious and very accommodating.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Although it requires some TLC (paint peeling off e bath tub), we were surprised by how well the hotel up keep most of the other part, and the staff was extremely friendly. The architecture of it is just exceptional, I felt like walking in a castle in Europe. Make sure you dine at Mission inn restaurant in the courtyard section. It is a way different experience compared to some branded hotels I stayed in before for $500 a night . Will for sure come back.

There was limited water services for one entire day . Swimming pool and jacuzzi was not working , we were told about this a little before the time of checkin . That compromised our experience

Staff is so friendly, rooms are clean, food is great, and the pool is nice. There's so much to do and discover and walk around to check out the different floors. I love historical sites and this was so fantastic. Vanessa in the front desk was super sweet. I loved to stay here again.
