El lugar es bonito Solo que al hacer mi registro la recepcionista no fue muy amable con migo si nombre es Yasmín medio la impresión que si habla español le pregunte si hablaba español y dijo que no sentí que fuera amable, soy una persona hispana que al igual que cualquier huésped de este hotel pague por un servicio y senti descriminada tal vez por ser hispana de igual manera pregunte a otra empleada hacerca del horario de la iglesia y solo ke dijo de mal modo que hoy no abren y cadi no quiso ni voltiar a verme siento que más de una persona me des crimino Y al entrar a mi habitación puse el privado necesitaba descansar después de un largo viaje y a la hora que llegue un empleado toco mi puerta se supone que si puse mi privado es ósea no ser molestada eso tampoco me parece bien . Otra de las cosas que no me parece es que cobren adicional por el estacionamiento debería ser incluido en el costo de la habitación . Según debería yo tener un trato excepcional por ser un cliente silver con expedía y no recibí nada de lo que se me prometió solo dos botellas de agua . El lugar es bonito Peto el servicio de los empleados deja mucho que desear al menos yo no me sentí cómoda como me trataron Disculpas peto me gusta siempre decir cómo estuvo mi experiencia cada lugar que visitó .

El unico problema es que no habia agua para tomar y para cafe, ni una sola botella! Y pedimos al Lobby y dijeron que 40 mins para traerla al cuarto ! Por el precio de habitacion, minimo una botella de agua!

As soon as we got to our room, we were given a room with no working AC. Mind you, this was about a 80 degree day and we had the suite with multiple windows and direct sun hitting it. Room read 85 degrees when the technician came in. Turns out it needed a whole part, great. We were still willing to compromise and deal with it. Well, that same night, we came back from our EDM event that ended at 3 am, we were back at our rooms tired, our meds were in the room, we were in our party outfits and what do you know we’re locked out! We changed the room key 3 times and the security even tried the master key.. all of this just for them to tell us that we needed to wait for the engineer to come in first thing in the morning to get it opened.Went to sleep with a full face of makeup, sweaty, no access to mine or my bf’s meds, plus all of our food was in the fridge as well. To add insult to injury one of the employees even mentions that this happens quite a bit.. you would think that there would have been a better solution to this. We ended up getting downgraded from a suite to a regular tiny room, even smaller than our friend’s standard size. The fact that we ended up getting just the resort fees taken off and parking on the house is ridiculous even though really only one night was spent normally out of the 3 that we were there. Of course, management stood there ground insisting that refunding even one night(night that we didn’t even spend in our room) would have to be taken to corporate

Well trained, courteous staff. An old and beautiful property. Many things in the room did not work, including, the internet, the tv, and the safe. Additionally the rooms facing the street are very loud because of musicians.

They valet and the bellmen were great. Beautiful looking hotel, the room was pretty but old. The shower walls were moldy, there was other’s hair in the tub.

Mission Inn is great. Really like the place. My main problem on this stay was while Expedia sent me an 3-mail confirmation and chared my credit card, they did not forward my reservation to the hotel. So on my arrival there was no reservation under my name. While it took about 30 minutes, the desk staff were able to eventually handle the situation through Expedia.

Such a beautiful Mission, so glad we chose to stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large with a separate sitting room to relax and have your morning coffee. Our stay highlight was the clock tower and its hourly musical bell. We're definitely coming back to spend a night here.

We try and stay once a year, we were not happy being surprised with additional 25 per night resort fee? Valet cost was much higher as well. These fees made our weekend trip not as enjoyable. The room needed some repairs as well. Cracks in tile and worn paint. Also upset about the museum and tours being shut down and closed . This will definitely make us change our plans.

Don't stay here if you are working or. need to get things done. I stayed here because my mom was in the hospital and I did not need to pay the extra $27 per day for parking and the $35 per day resort fee when i really did not use the facilities. Pretty place. But homeless population thick in area. Stay at the Hyatt in area if you need to get things done. Staff did not want to help me carry my bags. They told me to go back to my room and call the bell staff who did not answer the phone.

Aside from being historical, i find this hotel to be a place I would never recommend or come back to. I called a few times to fix the safe in our room. They made 2 attempts and still wasnt fixed. I walked to fromt desk and complained about the toilet bowl. Lady at he fromt desk looked like she entered something in the computer. But not one person came up to fix jt. I wasted 4 hours waiting for someone to come back but no one did. At check out, I found out that nothing was even the system related to my request to fix it.
