"Very comfortable housing. Well equipped kitchen. Surroundings/gardens were very nice and well kept. Getting down to and back from the beach was tricky but it was a calm setting."

"This is a lovely little cottage. One bedroom, very loved hide a bed in the living area. It’s clean and well appointed, and best of all they allow us to have our golden retriever stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Just a short little drive. Our dog got to run off leash at the beach, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Manual’s Mexican restaurant, The price was very reasonable. We hope to be back."

"Really loved the property and it was super clean and well appointed and lovely access to the beach. The host was very communicative and responsive as well. Found it to be a bit remote from services that we wanted to access (golf, fishing, etc), but no fault of the host in that, I think more that I failed to research the distance to Monterey and Pacific Grove."

The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and very private (thanks to its location in the last building in the development, which meant looking out only at the dunes & not other buildings). The kitchen had every pot and pan we needed, the pantry was nicely stocked, and the beds were supremely comfortable. Plus, the owners were very pro-active and communicative, both before and during our stay. All in all, a delightful visit!"

"I’ve been to seascape resort for a meal before but never stayed over- will definitely be staying here again. Our young family of 4 loved the location- easy walk to the beach via the property, access to heated pool and spa. Conveniently located bar/restaurant on property. A few restaurants across the street for more casual dining. Sunset was AMAZING!"

"Was a lovely place. Quiet ! Wish we could have stayed longer. One major deal that come up was the shower fixture is broken. Was only able to take one shower that was hot. We attempted to run the shower for 10 minutes with no hot water. Please tend to this issue before another client lets out the unit. "Our stay was nice. The place is lovely and spacious for the two of us. It has everything we needed as far as bathrooms stocked, bedroom & kitchen furnished. Livingroom had books to read and TV to watch. Although the place looks outdated and need some TLC it is still very quiet, peacdful and enjoyable. I loved hearing the ocean waves and looking out the window. However, i could not get comfortable on the couch, it definitely needs to be replaced, those cushions are not comfy at all. And i was...

Additionally, there was no bar soap, shampoo or coffee. Upon rereading the listing, I realized they were not listed in the amenities, so that’s on me.
