It is I, Anne, who will welcome you in this comfortable little village house quiet and cool in summer. <br>The decoration is original, chalarous and bourgeois.<br>Internet: Ultra High Speed.<br>In the welcome book, you will find maps, restaurant addresses, security phone numbers (doctor, veterinarian etc...)<br>The garden of 75 m2 is completely enclosed by walls, full sun (perfectly enclosed for the safety of children and dogs) The outdoor lighting allows you to dine at nightfall. The private parking of 22m2 is just outside the entrance of the house.<br>The beach is a 2 minute walk from the house. South facing and fine sand.<br>Shops, doctor, pharmacy and bike rental are in the heart of the village 800 meters away.<br>Tourist tax: 1.65 € per adult + 18 years old and per night from January to December.<br>- Living room: 2 sofas with a large screen TV + USB port and DVD player (and a large number of DVDs) included in a wall unit as well as a hi-fi system with i-pod. It overlooks the garden.<br>The open kitchen is fully equipped. The crockery is abundant and current. Dish towels are provided.<br>The wi-fi is free and works perfectly.<br>There is documentation to get to know your environment: hiking or cycling, visiting the salt marshes, fishing on foot.....<br>A library is at your disposal with a good number of books in French and English and German.<br>A guarantee cheque for €500 will be requested. It will not be cashed.<br><br>A dressing room and toilets available on the first floor.<br>Upstairs:<br>- 1 bright and warm bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside tables, bedside lamps and TV. <br>Calm reigns and will encourage you to sleep full of sweet dreams. The bedding has been selected for its comfort. It is impeccable. I provide the sheets for the double bed free of charge and the bed will be made for your arrival<br><br>- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 90 x 190 and 1 bed of 110 x 210, a wardrobe and a dresser. Beautiful bedding for the 2 beds. I provide mattress pads, pillowcases, blanket and duvet.<br>Possibility of renting sheets for singles (15€ / bed and bed made).<br><br>- The bathroom: quality furniture. Shower in the cabin and toilet I provide towels, bath mat, soap and shampoo. Hairdryer.<br><br>The 70m2 garden with natural lawn: deckchairs, table and chairs, barbecue, parasols. Exposure to the south-west for a beautiful sunshine. <br><br>As soon as you leave the house, the beach is 150 meters away.<br>The village centre (800 metres away) offers all the necessary services: market, baker, U Express, pharmacy, doctor...<br><br>VARIOUS POSSIBLE ACTIVITIES:<br>- At low tide, you can fish for clams, razor clams, oysters, crabs..... while respecting the minimum sizes imposed.<br>- La Prée golf course.<br>- On the beach of Rivedoux: kite-surfing, fun-boarding, jet-skiing, catamaran, water skiing, sailing, paddle...<br>- Kids' club in July and August.<br>- Bike paths and walking trails: 120 km of paths.<br>- Horse riding, about ten minutes by car.<br>- The restaurants on the island have a wide variety of marine menus (and my advice!)<br>- Fort Boyard and the island of Aix, quite close, are accessible by a day trip at sea from Saint-Martin.<br>- La Rochelle is also a beautiful city steeped in history with abundant cultural activity and a beautiful aquarium.<br><br>ENGLISH:<br>Prices include water and electricity.<br>Rivedoux-Plage enjoys a longer season than most other resorts and is therefore particularly suitable for early and late holidays.<br>Several sandy beaches, safe harbor, fishing, sailing, beautiful natural walks through lovely scenery.<br>It's me, Anne, who will welcome you at Ostréane, a little village house, most conveniently situated 100 meters from a
